It was a great experience shopping at CaratLane. Nagma assisted us with great enthusiasm and a very positive attitude. My first experience was Great at Phoenix Store, Bharat was helpful. I am definitely coming back to the shop and going to recommend the same to my contacts. The best thing about CaratLane I feel is its transparency in pricing and the materials they offer. Traditional Jewellers play down on this part a lot and consumers end up paying price of 22K for actually 18K they would finally offer. Not the case here as every thing is detailed. Cheers to the whole venture.

Excellent service!! The Salesperson Sufiyan was of great help and assisted with everything. Since my girlfriends ring size was not available, he gave me the lowest size available to use for the occasion and then I went along with my now fiancee and got her size measured for a brand new one. It says 15days for delivery, but I'm getting it in a week's time. Thank you CaratLane for the great hospitality. Cheers!

Thanks to the timely help of Ms Nagma Khan, we were able to get our dream engagement rings quickly enough. I just can't thank her enough! Just based on a call, she managed to send me various designs to see, confirmed the sizes that could be made available immediately. And at the store, she guided us so well that we just felt very grateful for the entire experience.

Mr Sufiyan, one of best sales executive I have ever came across, knew exactly what it takes to deliver a good purchase experience. My experience of buying our engagement ring here was amazing. The manager in this store, Sufiyan is very good at his job He understood our requirements and suggested us items accordingly. He was very patient in making us understand the products n pricing in a language that we understood. It was my first time of buying a solitaire ring..n truly satisfied with the exoetexper and the buy We went around the city looking for a lot of options...However...Somehow came back to Caratlane's this branch specifically at Phoenix mall, Lower Parel, even it was half the city away from our doorstep. Mainly because of the experience that we had in this store while hunting for options and also the products fit our choice.
