The team's very helpful and they're pretty professional. I ordered a custom made Solitaire wedding ring and initially the diamond I choose had a little yellow tint to it. The loose diamond looked pretty and the yellow tint wasn't that prominent when I saw it before placing the order via store but when it came out with the ring the yellow hue was a bit visible as compared to the other small diamonds on the sides. I was devastated as it was a custom made order and since I checked and verified the loose diamond myself beforehand the fault was on my end and I couldn't really blame it on the store or the team but the store staff was pretty helpful especially Mohinder ji as he was handling my order and they assured me they'd do the best they could to help me out. They mailed their team and I was presented with some better diamond options the next day. I didn't had to pay anything extra like cancellation charge or any making charges it was all adjusted in the initial order amount. I just had to pay additional cost for the diamond. In a couple of weeks my order was remade and the ring just looked fabulous. I was very happy with the way my case was handled and how the staff was very helpful at every step.
