Best desserts that you can have in Ranchi. Awesome taste , this has become one of the most favourite places for snacks and desserts. The interior of the place is quite fascinating and you could have a lovely time with your friends and family for a good chit chat. As the food preparation time is for long something depending on what you ordered.

Loved the food, the service, atmosphere and everything. We ordered Mix Sauce penne pasta (this was their dish of the day) and it was soo good, perfectly balanced with all the veggies and the tanginess and creaminess, everything was in balance, another is we got their Four cheese veggie pizza and customised it with our desired veggies and they didn't charge us for the veggies, that was the best part, and we got a blueberry cheesecake in which the base and the cheesecake part was perfect just that the blueberry felt more like cranberry or some other berry but not blueberry. Talking of the pricing, it's actually decent as now many places in Ranchi have the same kind of pricing, so the price was worth the food. Side note: While we were leaving we asked one of their staffs to click our pictures and he just said he doesn't know if he could do it or not, and that was so wierd. Idk why he did so but then we left without getting our pictures clicked!!

I come here often and I love to have Sarita's mac n cheese pasta. She is very sweet and makes delicious food. Neelu and Surendra are some of the kindest servers I have met here. They do a really great job meeting the needs of customers.

Been to Caramel a few times now, and it's been a pleasant experience each time. The ambience is very relaxing and the food is always great. The service is friendly and attentive.

This is my favourite cafe in Ranchi. This is one of the top 5 cafes in Ranchi. The price is very reasonable with wide variety of vegetarian and non-vegetarian snacks. Additionlly, this cafe is suitable for any age group because the environment is very peaceful and calm. I will sure come here many more time.

Caramel restraunt-Raddison Blue is a part of Raddison which is new and is on the ground floor of raddison. No doubt belonging to raddison it has amazing service and servings also the place is cool to hang out. The lighting and lamping makes it even better with a wide lcd television screen. Well if you ask, I would recommend a visit.
