From the moment I stepped into Caramel Hotels, I was enveloped in a world of luxury and impeccable service. Location wise the room is good. Support staff were very helpful as well. However there is no food or room service. water filter or RO is not available, you have to buy mineral water only. Even after paying half of total bill as advance and telling that we will pay the balance amount at check out (because water bill will be added), the front desk manager kept on asking for the balance amount 4 times a day as if we will leave the hotel without paying. Did not expect such rude behaviour in the hospitality industry.

Room was neat and clean. Staff were good, especially the receptionist Mr. Venkatesh. However, in the bathroom the cupboard below the sink, when it gets wet, it gave a mould smell. secondly the pigeons nest is occupied just outside the glass wall, they kept on scratching the wall during night. I had to put a light music on to avoid the annoying scratching sound during night time. Apart from that everything was good at this low budget. I give a 4/5 star rating. Will definitely refer the property to my friends. Hoping they take care of the cupboard below the sink and pigeon issues.

Location is good. But the rooms are too not great. Dirty linen (probably thats all you came xpect for that price point). The bathrooms are also not very clean. I think it's okay if you are planning to stay for a night and move on.

Excellent place to stay. Near to MSR Institutions. Service is excellent, crews are really caring the guests. Rooms and washrooms are clean. Need to provide cupboards, and equipment for ironing of clothes. Washrooms to be deep cleaned and small maintenance to be carried out regularly. So that the guests will enjoy more.

2 star only for their location advantage. The hotel needs a ton of maintenance. Biggest issue was mould in places. I took a room on the fifth floor and there was water damage on the roof of the hallway. I would suggest to try lower floors as the rooms were good. But overall place needs a lot of corner cleaning. Bathroom fixtures were bad. Toiletries and towel included with the room. Helpfull staff.
