Experience was fine but, driver turned out to be fraud. He Took extra online payment and claimed owner that he returned additional amount in cash which he never did. He also never showed trip running kilometres and asked money on the round figure which was more than expected. On calling the owner, he flipped and said you must have forgotten taking money in cash. The worst part was, owner instead of valuing customer's voice went with the driver and claimed the customer is wrong. Please be aware and have proper communication related to payement.

Booked an ertiga... Car was clean and in very good condition, driver was polite and knowledgeable, rates were fair and reasonable. Found this agency through Google search... Good experience.

Rented a Dzire car for four days for family trip around Indore, considering the review rating, but grossly disappointed with the most unprofessional conduct of the driver provided, truely speaking they had spoiled our holidays and hard earned money. Rohit, the driver continiously talking on mobile, chewing some gudkha and spitting in the claimed to be cleanest city, rush & rakeless drive unnecessary, omitted some of the tourist interest including Kalbhairab in Ujjain and light sound show at Mandu. Not at all tourist friendly and misguiding and costly.
