The initial experience was pleasant, I was going to make a purchase and put down a deposit. But when I informed them I was no longer interested after a day with consultation from a mechanic, I was informed that the deposit wont be returned because the seller wouldn't do it. Although the sale process was well mannered, things went awry when I was no longer interested and they went on to say that no used car dealers would return deposit upon cancellation and I was being unreasonable with my request. So I guess if you are going to buy, you will have a good experience and if you even think about cancelling or backing out, things won't stay the same.
