Captain's Blessed Home& care& breakfast - Home Stay in Amritsar - Amritsar, India

When we booked, it said the property is within 5-6 mins walking distance to Golden Temple. Seems, it is corrected now. It's couple of kms away. E-rickshaw will charge you Rs. 100 one way to/from Golden Temple. Owner couple was very friendly and everyday morning spent some time with guests during breakfast. Lawn shown in the photos is part of owner's private property and not readily accessible to guests. Though owners offered that guests can use it. They have 7 rooms and it is run like a boutique serviced apartment. We had 2 rooms. Room no 6 didn't have attached toilet. Had to use common wash room. Room no 7 had attached toilet, but since it was retrofitted, we felt it to be bit crammed. Both the rooms did not have any Windows, so fresh air circulation was an issue. Refrigerator was always filled with milk, bread, jam n eggs. We could help ourselves with fresh tea, as and when needed. Worth a value-for-money for couple of night stays.

A great place to stay and feel like home. It is situated in a very safe and posh locality with close vicinity to famous eating joints.

We had a comfortable stay, the hosts were friendly and helpful. However, the photos on airbnb doesn't match the actual property when u see it because the pictures are taken from behind he building. Also, the bathrooms are tiny and retrofitted in the rooms. So unless u are careful u will surely bump a knee or your head.

Amazing place to stay, feels just like home. The hosts are very kind and generous. Will be staying here each time we visit Amritsar

It's a fantastic place to stay in Amritsar. Breakfast is sumptuous and hot and you get local food as well as fruits.
