Hotel service staff denied to use washroom if you are not eating in that place. I think they are not aware of rules and act of hotel. I think we don't need to go this type of hotel if they behave like this with customer.
We have booked banquet for wedding ceremony but food is very bad and not good service... also staff behaviour is not good. Food is very cold and not any test in food very bad experience
