This company is not a place to work even a single day. There is no hierarchy, unplanned thing, management takes people as a slave, there is no increment & promotion type stuff here. Company owners are soo bad they are disgusting. They hire people to give fake knowledge. They are very much racist in terms of language & region. They will always talk in Telugu. Here, is no respect for girls. They are being treated by management so badly. I have joined Capricorn one month before, they people don't know how to work, they take people in purchase or store but make them as their driver & cook. Worst company I have ever seen.

i cannot give less than 1 star. The people who runs this firm pays nobody. extract work. and make you run behind them forever. kindly avoid doing business with them as they are paupers. They( especially rahol jain) act like good people in the beginning to gain trust and later you can't reach them as they will be always busy.

Capricon companies worst company all payments not giving to sub dealers and not payment drivers also is worst company Sujit Jain and Rahul Jain both are fraud
