Capitol O 10558 Welcome Inn - Hotel in Delhi - West, India

It was so disgusting. I was very disappointed I paid the money in advance and got the worst room of my life it was true hell. The washroom tap was broken, bedsheets got blood stains, floor marble was totally black because of lack of hygiene. To the couples, do not I REPEAT DO NOT book this hotel. Totally waste of money, I swear I won't go in free if this hotel owner ask me too. Who so ever reading the review please I request don't book this hell or you'll gonna regret it

Our room was beautiful. We had a patio room which we used quite a bit. The beds were fairly comfortable. Grounds were well maintained. Staff friendly. Nice variety of breakfast food. Only downfall was our room did not get done until after 3-4:00. After being out in the heat, it's not what you want to see when you get back to your room. Other than that everyting was fine.

Room was very nice. It was one of those things that once I got to the room I stayed until it was time to check out because of the long walk to elevator. It was also a little confusing trying to find our room. Room was nice. I really enjoyed the room. A little close get out one side of the bed but the bed was the best one I slept in 14 days. Breakfast in the morning had anything you could possibly imagine. It was fantastic.

We were pleasantly surprised by this amazing hotel from the first minute to the last. Recently remodeled, the appearance of the hotel is exceptionally nice. Our room was a deluxe double Queen and the room was nice and spacious. We visited a nearby restaurant and got reasonably priced snacks and drinks instead. The front desk personnel were friendly, but the hotel door men that we encountered were exceptional. They hailed cabs for us, gave us directions, and recommended nearby restaurants. Their advice was rock-solid on nearby attractions and restaurants to visit. Within walking distance and a wonderful grocery store that I have forgotten the name of, but it is just a few steps outside the hotel door and around the corner.

The Hotel Qlark has been recently renovated which means great linens, huge towels, updated bathrooms etc etc. They managed to merge in a way that makes many types of people comfortable. It feels fresh and sophisticated yet warm and welcoming. The staff is very friendly! They have coffee and tea in the lobby in the morning and the bar glows at night with pretty bottles. Would come back again.

Hotel Qlark is a wonderful place to stay. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the help go out of there way to see to your needs. They have a great breakfast just about anything you could want. If your attending a show at the theater there package deal is good. Family style dinner, tickets to the show and a beautiful room to sleep in. What more could you want.

I stayed in this hotel last night and had a very bad experience. Room condition is very poor and walls had big patchy marks of water moisture. Bathrooms are stinky and water accumulates slightly on the bathroom floor. Bedsheets were dirty. I realized there is no water in the taps. I was getting late for office so ultimately had to checkout without a bath. Also i noticed that the towels and bed-sheets pillow covers and other accessories are dirty in the room. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone. Also kitchen is closed in this hotel so hotel staff denied to give breakfast. The receptionist of the hotel uses very unprofessional language to talk and is very rude.

I was really happy to stay at hotel Qlark. The person at reception was really good. He gave lovely room to me and when I asked for tea in night he said yes. Thank you so much dear for your lovely services. Only on thing that your hotel is near by many hotels just put one big board for that to see from long distance. But always thank you for your lovely service.
