The worst i ever stayed in. The lack of proper customer service and unclean rooms made it a dreadful experience. The bathroom had an unbearable smell, a broken doorknob, and issues with both the AC and heating, making it a truly unpleasant stay.
Worst hotel. AC not working Geyser not working TV not working door locks are broken toilet stinkes. They even charge extra amount when we vacate. They say they'll give us discounts but don't fall for it.
Worst experience. There are bed bugs, the toilets do stink, the exhaust fan does makes sound, the closet is broken, washroom bucket is broken, moreover, the door mat kept for the washroom is soo dusty, that one would not want to step on it. Never do recommend this place.
Located on brigade road, very near to MGRoad. Near Decathalon. Limited parking available. Checkin is swift. Rooms are a bit small but cozy. All facilities working. Hot water available. Windows need a repair as they do not close at times and a lot of traffic noise can disturb you. Rest ok to far a day to 2 stay. Prices are reasonable when compared to its location. Many eateries, pubs n bars nearby.

I'm highly disappointed reading this stay I'm really feeling regret I booked a stay in make my trip for 6 hours and I paid the money in make my trip only! But the receptionist guy is very Rude to us and he treated us very badly! I paid 2400 for an additional stay and the ketchup on the blanket for that also they made me to pay 500 fine and the manager guy is threatening me as he will do the police complaint and all Very very bad experience Please Dont lose your money by staying here And I haven't got my invoice as well I paid 2700 but I got only 1900 invoice with 300 fine And even the manager told me to wash the bedsheet forever bad experience
Hotel staff is very cooperative and rooms are well cleaned. Perfect location.
The rooms in the hotel were good. Like on the 1st floor the rooms will be more good and beds are superb and there will be other facilities like the refrigerator and the tv was not working in my room. While going to other floors the beds will be spring beds and other facilities were not available. But overall a good experience .
