They have decent facilities and morning breakfast and all is good. * They have a rooftop but right now they wont open it for those who pays and stay there. The reason is they have bar and they are afraid that someone will fell down after drunk. (Bar is on 1st floor). Ridiculous. * Bathroom that I got is below average. They have wet-dry area seperation which is not seperated room 206. * They provide wifi acces code. It worked for 1day. After that there is no internet connection. We have to call them each time to get connected. Quite annoying. * AC cooling is very slow.

Don't be fooled by the look of the hotel and smiling faces. They will trick you to stay there and while checking out from there you have to pay double the amount instead of the agreed amount. One of their managers says that everything is automated there, even the billing, so after the checkout time, say 12.01pm your doors will be locked and if you want to get in there to take something or if you want to leave the hotel , you have to pay next day's amount. And according to their senior manager, they are just using excel to print bills and the quoted bill was wrong, hence we need to pay the amount what they are saying now. They played this drama nicely and we had to seek help from police to escape from these goonies. So please be careful if you are going with your family

I have had a rather concerning experience with this hotel. It has become apparent to me that their primary motivation is simply to extract as much money as possible from their customers. They employ various deceptive tactics and cheap tricks to achieve this goal, which is quite alarming. It is truly disheartening to witness a company prioritize profits over genuine customer satisfaction and trust.

Decent budget hotel right in the centre of technopark, Trivandrum. Wish they would work on the variety of their breakfast spread a bit, which would improve the experience. If you are in technopark, and are looking for a no-frills stay, this is a good one.

Been to their lounge twice. They have employed a bunch of creeps as staff, who will snap at you without any reason. It's better to skip this place, especially if you have women in your group.

We celebrated our little one's first Birthday at their Banquet hall with family and friends. Having visited a lot of similar properties during our search, we can confidently say that Capital Park is the best option for such celebrations and get togethers near the IT corridor in Trivandrum! Our experience here is truly memorable and every member who attended the function gave pleasant and positive feedback. Be it the hall decoration, hospitality, food and the overall ambience, they are top-notch and reasonably priced too! We would highly recommend Capital Park to our circle of family and friends for such occasions and wish them all the very best in the journey ahead!

Recently opened hotel. Tried their non veg thali @ Rs.199. There were 10 dishes and to my surprise two items were repeated twice . Rasam and butter milk or curd missing . U get fish curry in a small bowl with a small piece in it. Service was good . Ambience was very good . But food not worth the money . Omlet @ Rs. 80 . Taste was ok and not that great.
