I stayed in this hotel with my family and kids. Very neatly maintained property with hygiene. Specially the staff members Uma, Thanigavel, Sampath and Karthi were very kind and approachable. They took care of our needs and was available always at our service. Food was of good taste and quality and definitely I would recommend this property to my friends and family.

Hygienic and our stay with friends was very pleasant. Rooms are very neat and spacious. Staffs from the reception till the house keeping are very courteous and friendly. Special thanks to Mr. Vinoth for taking care of all our requirements. Overall 5 star rating for the hotel and all the staffs!!!

Amazing place to stay in Vellore. Well-maintained and hygienic rooms, with beautiful ambience makes for such an amazing stay. Rooms are highly secure with the digital locking system. Staffs are courteous and really helpful. The only downside is the parking space, which is quite spacious, but is open without any shade, being prone to the weather conditions.

Very good rooms with neatly maintaind. Bed and bedsheet was very good. Proper air conditioning system. It's has very big car parking space. Overall a very good experience for staying. It's very near to Katpadi junction railway station.

I had good experience but it could have been better, if at that place they would have maintained the property as shower head was not there on shower and it was blocked so people shouldn't use it, it was like intentional. Geyser was not heating water, exhaust fan was not working in bathroom, Ac was leaking water inside room, cleanliness was not upto mark. Had to pay extra on mrp for water for 1 bottle of water, I had paid 30 bucks, mrp was 20. Better to buy from outside

Very good place for family stay. Nice place and good ambience. The taste is very good and menu is choosy. A classic option for the people who are fond of food and can choose their own cuisine.A nice special items of their choice which has variety to decide. They serve vegetarian in hotel and they do the outdoor catering and events. Their event hall is a classic one. Try that and be cool.

No hospitality-No humanity, Don't go for it if you don't know Tamil or belongs to other states. They are just OPPORTUNIST and selfish. I booked the hotel from booking.com in year 2018 & at check-in, they asked my parents to cancel booking and pay the same amount (which includes booking.com commission) directly to us in cash. It was around 8 at night, my parents just had ended a 30hrs long rail journey & instead of relaxing in hotel room, my father had to move out for an ATM in night. That all was just because I booked a room for 2adults 1day 1night & at the time of check-in, there were 3person (including my parents). Although, my parents told that the 3rd person will be staying till morning only AND WE DON'T NEED A BIG ROOM. But they people didn't listen and behaved even worse, they charged 1000 extra for that 1extra person stay till morning. My parents were already tired and don't want to search a new hotel in night, so they tolerated it and checked in as per hotel authority's conditions.
