if you want More cockroaches and want bugs, worst smell you can visit. Very slow response not proper hot water, WiFi. Not Worthy for the amount. Please do not take rooms in non -AC

Excellent hotel really you will enjoy with high quality food and services

Visit was Specially at the hookah lounge, I've tried two different set of flavour change and ordered starters as well as noodles coke etc. But what I thought the bill was surprised me! It came less than which I've expected and specially you can try chiken 65 here it's really good, much liked that item and even the quantity of noodle was quite good at that price point comparing with my regular visits for other sheesha lounges and even ambience was also good and you've open terrace option too to have the outdoor feel, Would recommend for Hookah and Food!

Rooms and toilets were not clean as shown in pictures. Some Electric circuits and switches were not working like lights n fan were also not working and that too AC did not have enough cooling and so much noise was coming out of the AC. Don't visit the hotel by seeing its photos Because those were the fresh ones taken long back now the hotels condition is not at all same as depicted in pictures Maintenance is too bad. Will not recommend. The only positive is the good service of staffs.

Very unprofessional behaviour from the staff, they didn't provide the check in even when booking was confirmed as they wanted to give rooms directly for extra money. Apart from me they did same with one couple also who paid the amount 2 days in advance. Very bad experience and worst part is they didn't even accepted their mistake and just keep saying that rooms are not there.

Rooms are dirty, there are insects too. Wifi isn't working and there are frequent 10 min power cuts. Not a three star hotel by any chance. The restaurant also isn't functioning.

Awesome!!! I'm regular customer to this hotel, at present staff I'm quiet happy with them... They are too good,kind and polite... These days i have recognised that some goons intensionally trying to ruin the image of this hotel, since as i said I'm regular customer to this hotel and what i have noticed i have mentioned. To be honest I'm very much happy with current staff and the management.

Very bad experience in billing. I paid for Single occupancy room. While check out I found my name in bill and room tariff was wrong. They told we can't do now we'll send the soft copy. After so much conversation they accepted to give the hard copy with corrected name. But amount was wrong. I stayed in single occupancy room but paid for double occupancy room because of their mistake. I wasn't having time to argue so paid extra amount.. Worst experience. Also rooms are small. No proper toiletries... I'll never recommend this hotel to anyone..
