Worst service I have received . Dangerous behaviour of staff. Arrogant staff behaviour towards online Book customers. Denied my online booking at midnight, so at that time because of no options left i had to pay double amount than shown that too in cash only they won't accept card payments. That's half of the story . Rooms are worst , Filled with rats . See this pictures what will rats do to cloth materials in night. If I had to go this hotel again instead of going there I will sleep on road but not in this hotel. Even after check out i asked for bill so they said they will send it through mail , even after three days I haven't received yet. What I am going to say is some some hotels are nightmares this is top amongst them .

I had been there plenty of time after partys and been drinking in room also for day long with friends without getting out of room everything you need will be serviced and fast too nice place to have good times with limited people hope everyone will try this place

I was looking for some place to stay and I came across hotel. Hotel is a great option if you need to stay in the area! The room was spacious and it was very comfortable. The service at the hotel was also superb. Whenever we needed something, they were always there to help us.

Waste service please don't book this hotel taking charge more and providing bad dirty rooms that don't have proper ventilation horrible rooms and the staff members don't have proper behaviour. And waste of money and your day.

The hotel management was denied to provide the room due to tariff issues with their tie up with oyo, that is for their internal issue but midnight around 12:00 a.m. denying to give the room for the customers which is very sad, immediately I have tried to call the Oyo customer care however your customer care has taken 2 hours time but finally they did not accommodate me and simply saying sorry for the inconvenience caused we unable to accommodate you in a different hotel, again I have tried to book another room through oyo, there also same issue the hotel management denied to provide the room due to low tariff issues this oyo team and the hotel management clubbed together and making citizens of the India fools, because of this hotel management and oyo the citizens of India facing lot of problems like they are wasting their time, they are wasting their money and they are troubling a lot and they are suffering a lot.. pakka 420 fraud business Oyo doing...

Disgusting experience. Even after paying the amount through oyo . Upon arrival receptionist denied room citing house full. Real motive was to sell at higher price which they did infront of me. Actually these kind of situations to be pursued through consumer forum which I will definitely pursue.
