Poor service. Asked water for a family of four, gave us a small 250ml bottle. Charging extra for another water bottle. No shampoo, no paste, not even a small sized soap. The room is filthy, blood stains on the pillow, some unknown stains on the bedspread, wall. No running water in the bathroom. No bedsheet given. Alot of mosquitoes . Not worth the Rs2800 per night. Will definitely not recommend this hotel to even my worst enemy.

this place is good and it has a very good rooms available in it. staff are very friendly and also helpful. cleanliness is also maintained here and there. the food that taste here is also very good. Sometimes the service is not like that anything requested they will not bring it on time little bit of slow. other than this everything is very good here. overall the stay was very good i had a good time spending a night here. hats off to the people working here.

Rooms are clean, with good quality linen. Bathroom fixtures are new. However, the shower head is old and doesn't work properly. Due to inadequate and improper installation of Toilet's exhaust fan, there is an awfull stink, that permeates into the room. Food is pretty good, but a little expensive. Service is good, but lot of staff are new and inexperienced. Overall, gives a feeling of a souped-up local lodge, except for the restaurant.

The hotel is located on the main road and easy to locate. The rooms are clean, neat, well mannered staff. Staff are well mannered n friendly. Good parking space. Toilets / rest rooms needs more maintenance, the taps n facet are leaky customers are not provided with basic shampoo n soaps in the rooms, a double occupancy room there is one bath towel - did not understand the expectation. People travel from various parts f India n there is high possibility of people missing out the basic in the travel kit. Thay also have a inhouse restaurant, food is fine, we did a quick dinner veg dishes,.. While there are other restaurants like hotel saravana bhavan at walkable distance.

Below average hotel in terms of facilities, location good. Front staff not aware about checkin procedure. Room name is Luxury, but no luxury in room. No water bottle, no electric kettle, no workstation table for laptop working, no space to keep luggage when opening. Room service too late. They do not change towel, if not asked. No soap shampoo repeat for 2nd day.

Location and room was good. But extremely unhappy with the service. Ordered food items from their restaurant which took 1 hour to receive, where the promised time was just 15-20 minutes. We had to chase multiple times to get that. Also, the complimentary breakfast wasn't good. Very limited items ( Idly, Dosa, and Vada ), but unlimited. Coffee wasn't good - couldn't even sip once.

Arrogant and non cooperative staff.....specially male staff at reception. Plus dummy enough.... They won't cross verify booking and add-ons and put up bills. Everytime need to clarify them about the add-ons and need to continuously asked for basic amnitie like towels, soaps, tv etc. Worst experience... U can find better hotels in locality with same price. Don't go for this one.

I stayed for 2-3 days in this place. It is located at a very posh location, main road. Food at the restaurants is very very good. People are hospitable. Very close to where we get tickets for Balaji darshan. Rooms are very comfortable with mountain view. Very safe, nice, well ventilated good place to stay. Highly recommended.
