Capital O Shiva Inn - Hotel in Unnao - Unnao, India

They need to focus more on hygiene rather than on money. Overall rooms are good but the pillows were dirty and also i saw some frogs were jumping there in the restaurant located in basement. There is no one to look after this, they even deny to turn the AC on at the restaurant. Bad hospitality.

The only Standard Hotel found in the city of Unnao which strongly requires hygienic and cleaning facilities around the corner of the city.... Although the location of the Hotel is not much impressive.... there is absolute lack of additional/essential services nearby Hotels.... Fooding services in the Hotel is not properly managed which shows Management failure on their part.......

Excellent Location and good rooms but still under finishing stage for some rooms. Restaurant yet to start but inmates are served with food snacks tea coffee from temorary arrangements. Nice powerful wifi on all floors and in rooms as well. Strongly recommend for visitors

Rooms are big. Cleanliness proper. Room service weak. Staff behaviour good. Service of Non vegetarian food is too slow. Location is good as it is located on highway.

This is probably the best hotel in Unnao. Rooms were very neat and clean. All Basic Facilities were provided, and amenities were also quite good. We had opted for the bigger room, which was a bit expensive, but it was quite worth, since it gave us the true feel of luxury. Staff was also courteous. All over, if you are going to stay in Unnao for a while, just book this hotel.

Located on outskirts of Unnao, its major problem appears to be space. Parking is sufficient but located some distance away from the guest house, and its quite irritating if one is driving self. Food was quite good, so as service. Overall recomended for a limited budget.
