Great hotel with beautiful and very clean conditions.the stuff is super nice and helpful .you will feel they want you to have the best experience. Very near by main temples and Tibetan settlement without need to get in the busy and noise town. Thanks for our stay. Highly recommended.

It's a new property well maintained with lift and room service and a restaurant. We were a group of 35 students and teachers travelling from Nagaland with the company Discovery Tour India and we stayed here one night and we had a great experience. The staffs are well mannered and prompt and there was a problem with the door of one room lock and they promptly changed the room. The restaurant serves good indian food and everyone enjoyed it . Overall good experience.

I am giving 1 star because thier is no negative rating option.Don't book RICH FORT HOTEL in COORG it has terrible services.i have book this hotel for my parents they checked in at late night and the receptionist said you can't check in as oyo rooms has not paid us from last 3 years. And if you want to stay you pay us directly and ask them for refund.and at last they were tired we requested him for at least open one room till we had a word with oyo rooms he didn't co-operate.at the end they have to pay directly and 2k extra as their tarrif was different from the booking sites and ask for a refund and for this one hour has gone at late night and all the family members had to wait in waiting area after traveling for 9 long hours.this all sorted and then in morning as they opted for complimentary breakfast (as we have to pay for that also) said that you can choose only one menu from the buffet I mean what the hell and that too was terrible in taste.i personally request to OYO ROOMS and MAKE MY TRIP to remove this hotel from your list and guys please don't book this hotel they have honey trap.

Experienced good service. We ordered rotis, paneer butter masala, chicken kababs and lime tea. Everything was fresh and tasty. The prices were reasonable and staffs were very courteous.

Food was dam worst and totally disappointed with restaurant owners attitude as though we have asked for replacement of couple items.. he brought them in same state.. don't ever try restaurant even if u are staying there. We were group of 8 people booked rooms in oyo..but due to some personal conflicts with oyo, they didn't accept our check in.. we had to discuss with 3 hours... And finally shifted out stay out..

Went to this place after booking from Oyo (2 months ago) .. the manager declined our check-in saying they have closed deal with Oyo but still there place is showing up in Oyo.. god knows why.. they have asked us to pay extra amount saying hotel doesn't accept with same amount it's showing in Oyo. We agreed to pay that extra amount but that manager came up with new thing asking to pay whole amount.. and get it refunded by Oyo.. we didn't agree and left that place.. Also the restaurant is worst.. we ordered biryani ( rice was so uncooked, didn't boil properly).. chapati ( it was do hard like dried up papad ) upon asking he gave the same chapati.. the restaurant manager was not so pleasing.. I guess they have to change the attitude.. else it won't work out.
