Pros- cleanliness Cons- 1)Booking through app shows checkin time 12pm.. but receptionist says app checkins are different and allowed time is 2pm. direct checkins only 12pm.. Forget early checkin, had to wait on sofa for 2hrs. 2)Only 1 towel, 1 water for booking of 3 people 3)No view rooms.. only window shaped walls 4) Worst dusty location.. Cabs cancel seeing the location 5)No restaurant or room service 6) Broken amenities including both the light lamps(pics) 7) No way to switch on the tv though all things connected and remote has batteries.. forget watching

Nice Room, No problems to stay for couples & Unmarried, safe parking lot, kind and responsible staffs. The critics is A/c was slow cooling, wifi password not given. Simply worth and good.

I should give zero rating. I have booked 18 rooms and she didn't give any discount that's fine. But they are keep on lying and changing the words in a very rude manner, During the bill settlement, previous day one lady called and said that we need to pay only cancellation charges for the unoccupied rooms, we accepted but now the rude lady said that we have to pay full amount for unused rooms, I asked that your staff asked me to pay the cancellation charge only now why are you changing the words, This is not the first we experienced this change of words many times during this booking we adjusted, Since I have this question she started speaking in a very rude way not answering the questions and not letting me to speak, She called another guy and many peoples lied to them that I'm shouting at her. I asked for camera photage but they denied it and making rowdism words and coming to beat a customer by using abusive words even the house keeping staffs were pulling me which hurted me a lot, I asked to speak to their MD, they also denied. If your hotel wants to run you must fire all those people especially the pop lady. Very very very worst customer handling I have ever experienced in life

Rooms are good for the price. The location is a bit away from the Central bus stand. Wifi is good.

I reached the hotel at around 9.45 PM and had booked the room for a single day. I was a little wary regarding the room rent as I had read some reviews that the hotel demanded extra at the time of actual payment. But I faced no such issues. The room and washroom were very neat and clean. The complimentary breakfast was delivered in my room sharp at 8.00 AM the next morning. The breakfast served was also good. Overall, it was a nice stay and highly recommended at the price that it comes

Pros - Good deal on price Fully sanitized rooms Staff is polite and friendly Throughout the day u get hot water as geyser is installed in each room Bathroom, bed room and room floor really clean and neat Cons - 1. Most of the items in the room like standing lamps, windows are really damaged definitely need to replace. 2.Age of Air conditioner is almost done, water sprinkles are coming out of air conditioner. 3. No complimentary water bottle is provided 4.Breakfast is on extra cost at 100 Rs. 5.Most of the times TV is not working and u won't get ur native channele they don't subscribe on request also. Conclusion, I recommend this budget friendly accommodation if u really not care about the above mentioned cons.

They have charged for the room, they can't even give a bottle of water.... When we request something also the hotel team show attitude to us..... Pricing is fine at hotel however the staff has to have a change in their attitude

The place was good, it's near to the tiruchirapalli railway station, you can get good deals on the Oyo for this place, I managed to get a room for around 750rs which is a great deal. And for that price you can't really ask much, but the rooms were clean, well maintained and air conditioned. Overall recommend!
