Only superficially it looks good ,but bedsheets were smelling so bad ,torn ,bedbugs were there ...otherwise everything is good,good location ...if booking this hotel pls check the bed properly .

Very bad service, rooms were infested with cockroaches. No timely cleaning. Had to argue with the staff to get the room clean, floor were so dusty and ac had no cooling it was just for the sake of it and noisy, staffs were more interested in making reels than providing the service. This place used to be excellent but now it's worst.

I would not suggest anyone for this hotel beacuse they provide bad service and all the staff are robbers even the management. So guys don't go to this place .they are scammers booking ac rooms and ac is not working hotels like this should be shut down

Requesting the owner to change the staff, they don't clearly give the information about the timings and pay if it is their mistake they're not admitting it and giving a proper reason on it. I had a very bad experience on service. The owner should change the staff or let the staff know the basic manners to handle the customer. I'm very disappointed.

Reception guy is charging too much. They won't accept online payment nor online booking. If we book offline they are charging more than listed. Please guys make your wallet full and visit

When I booked in online the room price was okay and when I reached the hotel the staff asking for double the amount I paid in online. behaviour of staff was extremely harsh .

Hi everyone, We had a terrible experience in this hotel. Firstly, the bedsheets are torn and pillows are not clean. I think they haven't cleaned for a while. The water was piling up in the bathroom just after one shower. We couldn't even step in for a really long time. The worst thing in this hotel are the staff members. The receptionist are not educated enough. They don't even give you any information. Probably its the owner Shalini who teach them to do wrong things by not giving proper information to the guests. While booking, she only told us the room rate. We mentioned that our friends will be checking in early in the morning. She told there will be extra rate for the early check in. We are aware of that and accepted it. BUT SHE DIDNT MENTION HOW MUCH WAS IT. obviously different hotels have different rates and timings for early check-in rates. She already knew that they are checking in early in the morning. She didn't mention how much it would cost. We already paid for the room previous night and let her know that our friends are checking in early. When they checked in, the receptionist told that the room is not PAID AT ALL. He didn't mention anything about early check in rate. HE WAS SAYING THE ROOM ITSELF IS NOT PAID. so my friends thought its not paid , so they paid again the room rate. Then when we met our friends, they told they paid for the room. I was shocked cos I already paid for the room. When I went to hotel to enquire about this, the owner shalini was so disrespectful and told that its the early check in rate. If we knew it would cost this much, we would booked somewhere. They took 2 night charge from us. Shalini is really uncivilised lady and doesn't know how to talk to the guests. She doesn't respect anyone. She doesn't give any information until she gets the money and tried to turn the plate against us blaming us later. We said you can charge us the early check in but don't charge the full room rate which we were not aware of. She never told us that she would take the room rate again for early check in. She is really smart that she told the receptionist to tell my friends that the room is not paid at all and took our money. We asked for our money back and she shouted at us and asked to get out of the hotel without giving our money back. Guys, never go this place where you dont get respect. Shalini tries to take your money first and then blames us for everything.

I booked through make my trip and paid Rs.848 after some discounts but this property people denied check in and asked to pay extra. Both the guest were ladies and using the late night time as advantage these property people behaved so. Makemytrip also didn't support in this case as they paid the money without receipt. Well planned loot by makemytrip and hotel in combine.
