Rooms were not clean we found cockroaches and bugs, passage was not clean smelling. View was good property was not maintained properly. Staff is supportive.

The food we ordered was so bad we left half of it. They need a cook n waiters.

The location is mesmerizing. The view from the room is breath taking. The management is very helpful and it's under a new management with over 20+ yrs experience in same sector. The staff will go out of the way to make you feel comfortable and is very helpful and always prompt. We had a 20 month baby and never had to worry for her food. One point of improvement maybe to increase the breakfast menu. They have just started and sure will improve further.

The hotel should know the value of their location....just a great room with good bed and table mirror is not enough to run a hotel. As much as I enjoyed the view, the food was okayish, the hospitality was terrible, the housekeeping was rude and didn't bother to ask us for any need or clean the outdoor balcony tables well when we asked them to..... I was quite surprised to see the arrogance in the staff. When we entered the room, the room smelt of urine and there were not ventilators in washroom so the toilet stunned. Asked for extra mattress n bedsheets, they were dirty and the housekeeping staff didn't bother to setup the bed....just threw the stuff. Went off....i guess he was drunk. Next day the check out was at 11:30 as informed by the manager, but try kept calling n harassing us before the time even after we ensured to leave early and were packing to leave. If this had been under my power, I would have made sure to disown the entire staff n get new dedicated staff who know what hospitality is. Extremely disappointed.

A nice hotel on the way to Mahabaleshwar on the hill. It has parking for five cars. Food is OK. A little expensive and quantity is very less. Rooms have got a nice lobby with great scenic view. Staff are few and hence everything takes time. Felt the tariff was a little high for the facilities provided.

Rooms were unhygienic, they kept used wet towels,there was leakage outside the balcony door, the main door lock was not working, afterwards they fixed it, food is okok not so good, we needed water bottle at night but their restraunt was closed so we were left thirsty through the night which was worst experience ever, service needs to be improved alot, the 2 starts are just for the location as it is really amazing & serene..

It is a horrible place...the restaurant is very unhygienic. We ordered veg biryani and found a cockroach in it. Never eat at this place. Even worse, the staff was so rude that they charged us for the same and didn't even bother to apologise. Even the rest of the food we ordered didn't taste fresh...it's a pathetic restaurant.

We ordered lassi and they brought lassi loaded with so much salt that we could not take a single sip. He took it back and brought it worse. I would not recommend anyone to ever eat in this restaurant. Also, they had the gall to charge us saying owner would deduct from their salary.
