Good service and no issues with front office while checking in and checking out.. it would have been better if the restaurant started functioning,and would help the guests

It was totally good. We enjoyed it . But in oyo app it was mentiond that mini fridge available at room.. So I booked this hotel.. But it wasn't available.. But the hotel people helped us to use their hotel's kitchen fridge.. Thanks for the good services

Don't go with review or ratings. Everything is fake. Location is good. Balance everything will -ve rating. The room service was pathetic. Ordered 2 lime juice and delivered after 48 minutes in steel glass without proper wash. AC was not working. When I informed to receptionist he was telling he is not ac mechanic and he can't find someone from market to fix it. Not even ready to arrange another room or to check what exactly. He was very rude and better to terminate him if the management need business. Inside washroom shower was not working. Overall rating is one and it's for location only. Never recommended to anyone. Big cheaters.

Peaceful stay here. The staff is friendly and nice. The overall room was also good in this price range. Only one problem no tv connection.

I stayed in this hotel for a week. It is a hotel, which is value for money. Hotel manager and room service people are also helpful. This hotel also has a small restaurant. Only, hidden point is, if you book from OYO app, then on Checkin hotel manager will ask you little extra money saying rooms are little costly and app shows wrong price. So, it is better pay the extra amount or book directly from the hotel manager. Still, my stay was pleasant so, I thank you all the team members of this hotel.

This hotel is not bad. Its good. Bad is the OYO app service. They show you low price. After booking, when you go to check in, the price becomes higher. If you cancel you will not get refund. If you want to check in you have to pay additional amount. Better go to the location and pay directly to this hotel's manager.

One of the worst hotel. Don't get impressed with images, reality is totally different. Also there were worms in water, lot of cockroaches. Stay away and also the manager response was so pathetic and rude. Stay away from this hotel, there are lot of good hotels. Kindly opt for those, stay away from this OYO NR Residency. Fully unhygenic...

They asked for extra money. We booked room for 3 days for 1550 but they asked 1900 extra or else said to cancel the room. It was raining heavily and we were soaked heavily but still they were so rude. Bedsheets were not clean and washroom was also not clean. They finally took 1500 extra. I would suggest only if it's shows 1K around then book the room. It's a honest review
