Good hotel tp stay. Rooms are clean amd tidy. Close to mall. A location is a little tricky to find. And dont go asking about where is Capital O milost . The name is just Milost. Use this name and the locals will point it out to you. Just a reminder if you are booking through OYO, they have wrong phone number over there is wrong so get the number from google instead.
Very nice Hotel and budget friendly also, very near to mall Road, 500mtr only. Food was also good and staff also. no view from the room.

Without doubt one of the favorite hotels I stayed during my time in Darjeeling! Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed. The staffs were extremely friendly, the restaurant very flexible (appreciated this!) and the restaurant supervisor deserves a special thanks. We had one great evening there, which obviously also added up to the experience. The atmosphere is amazing as it really felt like home to me. All respect for the hotel management for doing an excellent job there; a true sample of excellent hospitality! Highly recommended.!
Not filled with so much vibes, rooms are ok, but staff service is pathetic, breakfast not available because staff is busy sleeping, no one picks up the call for room service since the staff loves diving into Bollywood music in the kitchen during the day. The staff needs to gain local knowledge like specific destinations, restaurants, shopping areas, etc. as well, since you're into hospitality industry, you should make sure your guest is satisfied, this is your duty, if sleeping and dancing to music is your main priority, please leave this industry, let some deserving people run your hotel!
