Capital O Madhuram Landmark - Hotel in Bhopal - Bhopal, India

We have stay here for 3 days,we are total members 8, cleaning is very , hotel staff stolen the jacket of coach,I requested to all guys not stay here

Extremely poor. Local drunks keep wandering in the lobby no guard or attendant on the desk to stop anyone straying in. No lift and hotel help to carry luggage. My guest (old females) had to carry their own luggage. The rooms smelled tacky and there was litter in the lobby, there were a lot of suspicious activities reported by guests and the my guests checked out within a few hours of checking in.

Very bad facilities given by hotel reception and asking me to pay more rupees after paying hotel charges. No hygiene room, very bad smelling when entering the room and bathroom. Room where not clean and Bedsheet & kamble where also not clean. Breakfast was included but not provide.

Very bad....In one word, I have never had so bad experience. I have never slept on dirty bed sheets. Room was very dirty. Even dust was there on the corners of bed and in the corners of room. Hairs were there all around. There were spots on the bedsheet. I told to change...they said they would but they didn't. I was extremely tired after my exam so couldn't do much. Washroom was also dirty. I would suggest never go there....staff was also not good.

Alright, first off, PROS-the staff is really co-orporative and well... That's it. CONS- The walls are dirty. The room is full of unhygienic dirt and what not. There were also a few bugs in the corners. Very unhygienic. The bed sheets and the pillows have stains on their covers. The place is VERY poorly maintained. Well, in the end, I DO NOT recommend this hotel. Even though the staff and the manager are very helpful and cooperative. The unhygienic atmosphere just takes the toll

Service was good. They have variety of rooms. Washrooms were clean. And reception people were very cooperative. I changed room after a day was of some lighting issue and they really cooperated me and gave another one.

The place is really badly maintained with bed bugs and mice in the rooms. It also is at a really noisy location and they have a shutter which they pull down at odd hours at night which is also extremely noisy. The hotel does not have a restaurant and eating options around aren't good either. The only positive points was that they delivered tea and bottles of water when required and had all time hot water. But would not recommend for stay.

Very very poor Missbehavig staff According to oyo app booking breakfast is included in it but they can't gave us and start arguments, And then they can't gave breakfast
