DONOT BOOK HERE. Even if you book via OYO app, the Hotel Manager will ask you extra cash. In OYO the hotel name is " Captial Loya Legent" and it was written as " Hotel Sky Grand" and when we said we paid the cash already, he said " did you paid to me? No right this is our terms and conditions".If you don't pay he will literally tell you " you don't have no room here". His behaviour was very rude and arrogant that too infront of ladies.As a person working directly with the customer, he should be careful and should show a matured way of talking.
Charged extra amount of 1000 rupees , dont book rooms through oyo you will be loser, after going there hotel people denies entry
This hotel is now named as Grand but the receptionist is very rude persons, never recommend this hotel, not a good place to live, receptionists are very rude not helpfulatall
They even changed the hotel name... that's not in the name of Capital O whatever.... and the service was the worst ever seen... they even charge for drinking water and also tries to charge us more

It used to be a good place to stay i loved it 2 years back.. It was my go to hotel, but since a year they have disappointed very badly, first they stopped online booking and denied if it's not accepted then they should have removed themselves from the booking app Secondly they don't bother you. .. To the level that they don't even clean your rooms, since they have stopped online booking they stopped giving complimentary toiletries and removed the mini fridge as well even though they charge you for that. Disappointed
Rooms were neat and spacious. Hotel is also good. Staff are always available. Had a problem with telephone. Need to dial multiple times to connect to reception. Restaurant is not available in the hotel. But it is shown when booked in oyo. Outside food is allowed. They will give you crockery and cutlery. Overall a nice stay.
Rooms are gud but service is bad. WiFi is not working complained 3 times but they didn't cared. breakfast is tasty but very less in quantity. kettle is provided in the room . AC remote is not working u can't adjust temperature u can just switch it on and off. Ambience is gud . If ur not bothered about service then u can go for it. If u want gud service then u will be frustrated if u choose this property. All the best
