The man in the reception was very rude....he thinks that people who are visiting does not have any other option to stay ...he will not help anyone in case u r stuck in any situation while booking....worst attitude worst behaviour worst experience...He does not have any sense of how to deal with people. 1 star is a big rating for the service this hotel offers you. Unfortunately I cannot give lesser rating than this. This is one of the biggest mistake that we booked rooms in this third class hotel. I have visited Tirupati almost 10 times and this is the worst experience that I ever had so far with any hotels. First and foremost Guy in the reception is utmost rude and mannerless. He will never guve u correct information. Anything you ask him, he will say wait for 10 mins and he will never turn up. I asked him extra bucket, he did not respond. Asked for an extra towel no response. When we needed one extra bed he rudely asked me to pay the money first. We had booked total 17 rooms for 70 people and this is the level of service this hotel is offering. He also told me I can go ahead and complain, he doesn't care. More worst is the office boy (old man) he talks as if he is screaming at you. I would suggest, please skip this hotel if you don't want to get disappointed and go for other option. Big disappointment
