The hotel staff was very polite no extra charges taken even room was very neet and clean it hotel deserved fir 5 star and good locality with parking if you are looking budgeted hotel So I recomnded this place.
Very unprofessional staff. Unhygienic / very dirty blanket and pillow covers. TV is not working. They provide used water bottles. Toilet flush not working. Expensive too. I've been into multiple hotels till now. And this one was worst.
I've booked via oyo but they did not considered my booking via oyo. They charged their own amount. They told we can not give you a room in 650 rupees, you need to pay 200 extra. They took the amount. And room was very untidy. Very unprofessional staff. Very rude hotel manager and staff. AC not working, TV not working. This hotel is not safe at all. Please do not book this hotel. Very bad experience.
Good service at affordable rates
If there'd be option of giving 0star I'd have prefer that. Even after early booking they already gave the room to others only because they pay a but more. I mean what about the integrity dude?? If you can't provide rooms don't accept the bookings. Ridiculous! Moreover it was untidy and offers pathetic service.

Haven't seen such a bad hotel till today!..Even after my booking, the room was given to someone else..The place was spitting..the room was very dirty..I spoke to customer care!..make them talk to me to some oyo manager! Neither the hotel manager accepted his mistake, nor did the oyo manager!The oyo manager and hotel manager's voice of talking was too bad! The oyo manager made a lot of noise and told me madam, the simple thing is that You are not getting refund that's why you are saying like this..
spacious accommodation if compared with tarrif.staff is cooperative, provided ro water was as good as packaged drinking water, tea is also tasty. it is requested if someone stays more than one night they should clean the room without request and refill the washroom requisites accordingly.will be staying again if tour planned
Very Bad experience..
I generally don't review but to show the reality I'm sharing my personal review in detail. In which I booked two rooms for my family.
1. In one room, geyser were not working.
2. Wall of both room were damaged.
3. Unpleasant smell in both rooms.
4. Blanket was not ok in one room.
5. Doors of both rooms was so tight which you need open by kicking by leg.
6. Mosquitoes were in room.
7. In one bathroom flush not working.
And it doesn't looks like hotel. It looks like PG.

Hotel is very close to Gomati Nagar Railway station. The Manager, Mr. Lavkush was very courteous and helpful. Same is true for all staff employed there.
