A pathetic hotel and cheap staff. The staffs don't know how to talk politely. After paying money they still act like you came to stay rent free. Don't attend to you and left us unattended even after booking in advance. Worst is the manager didn't even bother to check their computer system, they just denied us rooms, after we paid them. They don't have proper management at this hotel and management has no manners, or any idea of how to talk to guests, super rude management. Hope they change their system immediately. Please learn your job, you're literally paid money to do that!

Worst experience ever. Never ever check in at this place. It's nothing similar to what is shown in pics. Had to wait for almost 30 min to get a room that too after creating a scene. Initially they gave a double room temporarily and then shifted to single occupancy room later. That's not the worst part, there were no clean bed sheets and when asked for towels, told that towel has finished and cant help. No toiletries nor water available. On top of everything made to pay 40% extra than in app. Such a pathetic experience and won't suggest anyone ever to check in here.

Don't trust this hotel from oyo even if you've paid online for your checkin they won't allow. I was told I couldn't stay as there were no room available. Even tho I booked in oyo a month ago. I had to pay extra to stay over there and the rooms are not worth it at all. No good washroom ac keeps dripping water and people there only wants money that's all they care about they don't care how you stay.

Had to give 1 star just for the review, actually deserves 0 stars. Booked a room for 4 nights with OYO app for myself, went in for check-in. The manager at reception bluntly said, "We don't do Oyo prices here if you want a room its 1800 per night, for you i can make it 1700." Called the Oyo customer support, they decided they'll speak with the manager, keeping me on hold, after 40-45 mins of hold music the call was dropped from their end. Tried again and was told i had to go through the same 'hold' process. I mean seriously why have a price on an app advertising a venue if the venue doesn't work with that price?? I have had it upto here with OYO. Sheesh!! Ridiculous!!

Worst location and service. After booking on oyo, they are quoting 40% higher price than oyo app and not allowing to checkin on the booking price on oyo. I had this experience in the mid night nearly 3 am. Bathroom lock was not working, no water , no blanket provided in the room. Room has too much smell. Tv not working. For 3 persons booking only double bed given, extra mattress were also not provided

Don't Go For This Hotel Or You'll Suffer I booked and paid 40% advance through oyo already. I reached their hotel at 11:30pm at night... It was also raining. They refused to check in. The next day was my training since morning 9 am. I t was a horrible decision They don't have clean bed or bedsheet A/c was poorly working Nothing is good there

I don't want to rate a 1 star , worst experience ever ,they ask you for extra money i.e double the tariff which was booked , I booked it from OYO and the manager even doesn't worry about the OYO bookings even after talking to OYO representative and directly denies the booking .

Worst place ever even toilet also not cleaned I paid with OYO but they had not accepted very worst service pls don't check this hotel
