We had done my granddaughter birthday function on 15-10-2023 at Surabhi Elite Hotel, it was a good memory to all family member and very theme done at fuction hall, we recommend for 100 memberes is a good place
Terrible experience..Had changed 2 rooms ,Ac doesn't work at times so they gave us table fan which was very disturbing for our baby,beds are separated due to which we couldn't make our baby sleep nicely.Dead rat smell was stinking our room , only one towel was provided and even though we booked our rooms prior ,the front end team was demanding extra money .Also won't recommend this place as they charge you for even water bottles.No lights in our room had a terrible headache due to the yellow lights and no white tubelights .
Excellent property in wrong management who doesn't know even the meaning of customer, service and hospitality industry. No housekeeping, front office,f & b outlets are maintained in the minimum level of customer satisfaction. Horrible hotel,don't visit this place

1.The hospitality, service and other related things are very bad. 2. Despite paying the room fee through your website, they have demanded for Rs.500/- and later said that it was security deposit. And they didn't give me a room access key card as I didn't paid the security deposit at first. 3. The billing procedures for in room dining service is horrible, they have demanded me to pay the in room dining service bills to be paid by the EOD but not while checking out. 4. The hotel rooms are not hygienic and not well maintained. Overall experience was very bad and I'm not willing to rate the property.
