No respect to customer if booked via Oyo. Hotel management ignoring to speak and demanding money as GST for pre bookings. Oyo management has to check on pre booking payments, why GST being collected at hotel as cash. Hotels are ready to cancel and not worried on customer situation
Waste we booked rooms in Oyo app but after going there they told not told lied rooms are in renovation soo u can go to our other branch but after going there he was asking Rs 280 extra that he is asking for gst after we called to Oyo and solved that after that they started another drama that we booked 3 rooms but he is ready to give 2 rooms at we finally went to two rooms only because the time was 1 am after that he told he will give two rooms but but will be 4 in another room 2 soo that u can manage after we asked bed he is telling we need to pay 300 extra for each bed then we shouted then he accepted and gave me us bed the rooms was very bad
NEVER LOOK FOR THIS HOTEL. Worst experience. Only hotel that asks for extra money as GST even after booking online! Shameless and their worst service. No basic amenities, no water bottle, no towels or toothbrush. Nothing is good in this hotel. Waste of money and time. Lots of better hotels around. Cockroaches everywhere in the room. Breakfast NOT provided even if mentioned in the booking receipt.

Worst experience we had actually starting from 28th night until 29th morning. Surprised from Manager till the care taker/Faculty provider was expecting Money. Though they were diagnosed as Swami( Sabarimala) they were not polite not responding. I seriously don't recommend this hotel especially to my friends for life. Thanks
No hot water. Thqe attended guy just want to rob money from you. Water bottles are not provided. If you give him money. He will never return the change.
I had a very bad experience and I will never recommend to anyone or I will not use it anymore. I have made a Booking for hotel room and did the payment for it but I didn't get any details of my booking and hence hotel room is not occupied by me. Because I don't have booking details hotel guys also not entertained me..Oyo is a utter waste and big cheating site, looting the public money in style. Till now, I don't getting the details
Poor maintenance, no basic amenities like bathroom towels, bath soap, extra pillows. In bathroom flush out tanks leaking n entire bathroom is with water. Wash basin tap is rotating to 8 directions. No foot step mats. Bed spreads are not changing properly. No proper room service n room boys are behaviour is very bad, rude n rough. No hospitality at all. Better you remove from your tie up otherwise you will loose your reputation n goodwill.
