Staff is cordial. It's okay to short time stay
in emergency.
If you already book this lodge in advance online from OYO or any other platform they will not accept your booking and your money and efforts are worth less and they will force you to book the room offline.....worst experience ever.
There were rooms available in oyo app and they confirmed our booking too but the hotel staff refused and said there are no rooms available
Already 20 days ago booking already extra amount paid 2days stay but serivce very but same day checkout you will not get service on time attitude reception staff very weird behaviour and pathetic services a/c not proper working, receptionist, call, already room service and decoration and complimentary breakfast but breakfast never and never I will suggest everyone don't go to this hotel I gave 1star to hotel but this hotel 0star at the point waste of money I am very very mode off washroom not hand washroom, towel,soap very bed serivce
Not so good hotel. Front desk staff is very adamant and not at all friendly. Denied checkin due to ess tariff which was already paid to MMT. Asked for extra money also. Room was not clean, hairs on pillows. Geyser was not working, bell was not working. However the room service was quite good.
Worst Service Ever...NEVER CHECKIN TO THIS HOTEL EVER....
1. Reception People think that they are the owner.
2. No Towels,No Clean Bedsheets,No Soap in rooms.
3. The rooms looked liked breeding home for mosquitos.
4. No Locks for rooms,whole night the rooms were open.
5. Recpetion guys had removed the landline and not picking up the call.

Worst ever stayed in hotels.
I will suggest everyone don't go to this hotel.
You will not get service on time, attitude staff while giving answer to guest,
no cleanness in rooms,
no hygienic conditions of rooms to stay, and
no mosquito couler to adjust in rooms for guest,
sewage smell around the rooms,
A/C not working properly and water is coming outside the cooler.
I gave 1 star to hotel but this hotel needs 0 star at the point.
The staff was very wonderful. The room was impeccably clean and all the facilities were in perfect working order . Thank you for your excellent service.
