Be careful! This Hotel won't accept international travelers even if you have the booking confirmed. We arrived late in the evening after almost 12hours driving, our booking confirmed through Agoda website and they didn't let us in because "the government doesn't allow them" to host non-indian travelers. Sounded a bit racist, in my honest opinion. Furthermore, the staff didn't even dare to help us further or to recommend another place closeby. They just said: call Agoda. Thank you for nothing, see you never.
The manager at the hotel was very rude. I travelled with 2 years old kid and 2 luggages but the person didn't have curtsy to help luggage take up stairs. They don't have even LIFT to go upstairs. All tourist along with me had a problem with the manger. We had to carry our luggage ourself from 3rd floor. There was no dustbin, no intercom for communication with reception, no cleanness in the room, Washroom WC was having trouble to flow water inside. If you need even mineral water, you have to go downstairs and take the water yourself. So, I absolutely not recommending this hotel anyway. Just if you alone then go else with family not a good option to stay. You can choose some other options near Jammu station. People are rude in the staff.
Do not book this Hotel!!!!! SOS THIEVES After booking and paying the hotel online. They didn't let me in as suddenly they don't accept non-locals travelers. (Information nowhere to be clearly seen in their website!) They left me in the streets, no help, no recommendation and moreover,NO REFUND (as they state the admission policies are written in the terms and conditions) RIDICULOUS Really non-human.
Fantastic Experience. Lobby is one of a kind. Staff hospitality was on show from the time we checked in. We were also given a free upgrade to the palace as a milestone was being celebrated. Recreational facilities are very modern and Staff are on the ball when it comes to maintaining them. Excellent pool facility. Rooms are top notch and housekeeping is of a very high standard. No faults can be given. The employees make this a great place to stay desp ite the excellent location and lovely, clean accomm odations. Everyone here is really nice and hospitabl e. The hotel was fantastic, and the location is unbea table! Our room was generously sized, with lovely vi ews, and the staff provided us with excellent servic e and warmth . I loved the daily breakfast service, a nd our room had all the amenities I could ask for! Wi thout a doubt, when we go back, we'll stay another night.Its very hard to say anything negative about this outstanding hotel. To avoid strings of superlatives, lets say this is one of those hotels that you will really remember. Don't choose it if you like contemporary style and the latest gadgets. Choose it for its uniqueness. The room interior is good but the toilet flush is not working and there are hot water issues. Service is not good because they were not supported at that time of checkout. Location is good near Jammu tawi railway station (300 mtr walking distance)
Walking distance from station. But taps were leaking, flush not working, didn't provide even the towel and toiletries items. Receptionist behaviour was also not polite. Have to Climb hilly stairs to reach your room. Bad experience.

Pathetic hotel, worst services. Checked in at 12:00 and was told that only 1 room is vacant, see and decide if at all I was comfortable with it, else cam leave. Further on asking for fresh bedding was bluntly refused for the same. The bedding provided was dirty as s*** and torn. Taps were leaking. No towel. No toiletries. Room No:205, date 11 July 2022 hence left the room immediately by 12:15pm

Awesome place. It has valet parking. Food is good as are the drinks. The ambience is wonderful. It has veg and non veg food and choices. One can go for outdoor or indoor sitting. Music is loud on weekends
