Capital O Hotel Sai Plaza - Hotel in Ulhasnagar - Thane, India

Kindly avoid this hotel at all cost. Booked the hotel through OYO and the stay here was one of the worst experiences. 1. The room and washroom were really dirty with no proper cleaning. They smell of cigarettes and what not. 2. The receptionist/manager straight away denies geyser facility. This was during winter. 3. No one answers your call during breakfast hours and later they say the breakfast time is over. 4. The guard eagerly looks for tips each time you go out of the hotel Overall a completely shady place with rude people and worst service. This place is not at all recommended for families and decent business travellers.

When started this was one of the best hotels around. Now this place has become like cheap O lodge. Starting from receptionist (male) to a Janitor everybody gives a very cheap looks, if you go with your family to stay here please beware of cautious about your female members.

Very bad experience. If you guys have unnecessarily money and you have to do it for so plz visit this hotel and You have to recharge the TV from your own phone in this hotel, then you will be able to watch TV. Perhaps these people do not pay salary to his security guard, so he asks people for money. Room Bathroom Nothing Clean Everywhere. Or plz waha k security guard ki salary bada do bhut pareshan hai bhichara kb tk logo se paise mangega.

Very Third class hotel.not worth for 2000 rs. I suggest to not book this hotel. Cleaning is not proper.bathroom look like public toilet, no hot water. This hotel category is Capital O , we suggest to all online booking site to remove this mark because hotel not Worth. Service very bad, towel not claen properly. Overall experience is very very bad.check photos for more understanding. When i check in that time manager told room price is 2000 rs but when i enter room was not worth even 500 rs.

It's ok ok hotel not that good. In which room we are staying the washroom has not been used from many months so there is not that much of cleanliness. This hotel is mostly used for quick stay like for hours. Service is nice and staff also. The food over here is bit costly not too much. My experience with this hotel is average.

Room was big but not well maintained some intirior was broken, room was not so clean and curtain was oversized and dirty, balcony was too dirty and view was industrial companies.

Rude receptionist Denied booking on oyo Tells we don't have oyo tie up since 4-5months Hotel bldg doesn't have network while calling oyo customer care he denied giving wifi,says wifi will be given only after check-in plz dont go to this hotel

worst hotel ever seen in life as I lost all my ops with oyo for booking a room in saiplaza...very third class service provided by hotel staffs...toilet was in worst condition..no water in toilet...room was in bad condition...bed sheets were not cleaned...dirty rooms...non supportable staffs...room phones are not working at all every time we need to go reception to complaint each and everything...very bad experience faced with oyo while booking hotel in sai plaza.
