Capital O Hotel Regency Near Lal Mahal - Hotel in Pune - Pune, India

Worst hotel to stay in. Staff is very uncooperative. For the 'uninitiated' kindly have cash in hand to pay your room service bills. I have been asked to get cash at 4 AM as they didn't accept card payment for room service. Restaurant looks great but there's no one there to manage it effectively. They wouldn't bother to put salt and pepper, tissue papers and clean your table. When asked, they would reply "it is a buffet". Rooms are small and a bit clean and maintained. Ordering food early is highly recommended as they take a long time and most of the time they don't answer the call. Oh, and lastly we were given an extension box as our bed side plug point wasn't working. THIS IS NOT A 3 STAR HOTEL. NOT EVEN CLOSE.

I stayed in Treebo Regency from 19th March to 21st March Pros: 1. Clean Room & Bathroom 2. Good breakfast spread and taste 3. Courteous Staff Cons: 1. Breakfast is served between 8am - 10am. Most business travellers who start early can't avail their 'complimentary breakfast' 2. Drinking water is charged. They give you one bottle of water on the day of your arrival. On subsequent days you have to buy your water 4. Very few toiletries are provided. 3. The overall property has a very shabby and a neglected look. Not that this matters much to people who just need a place to sleep after a long days work, but when you are in the hospitality business keeping a place clean & tidy is a primary requirement Like I have mentioned in the earlier portion of my review, to a business travellers a clean room, bathroom and decent food is all that is needed. Treebo Regency does this fairly well. It however lacks a certain degree of finesse. Something which some of their competitors have in a greater degree. A spic and span property, good lighting and a bright decor goes a long way in making a good first impression. I would rate Treebo Regency 2.5 on a scale of 1 to 5 I am in two minds if I would book a room in Treebo again. They do need to work on a lot of things.

Good hotel to stay at. But breakfast is worst. No variety, same item daily. But in room dining is good. It is a budget hotel so do not expect slippers, shaving kit etc. even if you ask for that; wont get.

Had a great experience.. the rooms are solid 10/10 clean (especially for Indian standards).. the receptionist and the manager were great and helpful.. definitely worth the price you pay for .. hotel should probably charge a bit more for the service they provided

Location good. Staff courteous Breakfast : limited spread but good quality. Rooms : Average in line like Ginger model... Price : depends on your booking time...

Situated at Dhole Patil Road, opposite Pune Railway Station, walking distance from Pune Railway Station or Pune Nagar Signal junction, for me it's a good location, Plenty of restaurants nearby, though they serve inhouse cuisine but the most happenings restaurant nearby,take aways as well, Nice lust greenery around the hotel namely bund garden area, Ness Wadia College is a walking distance from the hotel, lots of business centres within the vicinity, Round the clock transport available within the nearby place, Hotel do not have ample parking space, that's a negative feedback from me, Rooms are cosy, silent, Clean; round the clock services rendered, Checked in early had to pay extra bugs for early check in, Overall a good experience & nice stay

Very decent place to stay. Well maintained rooms and good space available. Restaurant facility is available, and in room service is also catered. Bathtubs are available in each rooms. Over all nice place for couples to stay.

1. Name: The hotel name right now is TREEBO REGENCY. It seems they were working with OYO before, now with TREEBO. 2. Finding Hotel: It is walkable distance from railway station (REAR SIDE). Road was well lit and descent ppl movement even at 12pm.. But hotel doesn't have LED name display. So, after reaching there, finding was a little difficult. 3. Room: Room was descent and just enough. I stayed in MAPLE.. Some weird things noticed are .. a) AC direction was towards some farther corner.. It wasn't closer to bed.. b) No fan.. c) No hot water, only luke warm water.. d) THE MOST WEIRDEST thing is the room has a door, which opens to a small space. This small space can be accessed from the next room also.. They said there is no lock for it.. Since I was on a one day business trip, I didn't bother. 4. Breakfast: Average. Bread, poha, egg, tea 5. Room Service: When I left the hotel in the mrng for meeting, I didn't ask them for room service/cleanup. So, I didn't handover the key card.. But still they did cleaned and arranged bed (probably using duplicate key card). I didnt like it, as I had kept all my clothes and towels here and there.. Thats all.. Hope it'll be useful..
