According to its services, it charges a little over the hotel. All the amenities are excellent but I found the hotel a little expensive in every way. They need to drop their prices. If others talk about the specialty of this hotel, then this hotel is not less than a house.
Worst hotel we booked online. They charged half the booking amount again. Our breakfast was included, they denied it and said you have to pay extra to avail it. Didn't gave 1st or 2nd floor as our old parents were with us. Had to opt for 3rd floor. Moreover rooms are dirtiest, it's fowl smelling as well.
When you arrive at the hotel, they charge more than what is offered on Oyo (means more than the price you have booked the room on Oyo). Also, their staff is informal. They started asking for money at the time of check in itself while the rule is to pay rent along with service charge (if any) at the time of check out. Overall OK kind.
I am here for a short stay, because i got an accident, check in 7 PM and Check our 2 AM, rooms are clean but washroom are not well maintained. I am booked by oyo, and confirm ground floor room, but there is no room on ground floor. They give me room on first floor , it's hard to me reached there due to accident, when I am reached at room, there is no network coverage. After asking they are give wifi password, but it's also not coverage. After all they provide me another room on second floor.
The staff of the hotel is totally casual. They don't give too much attention to your needs. The signal of cable was lost, even after telling three times they did not show up to solve the problem. The rooms are really compact and not worth the price you pay. The three stars I am giving is just due to tasty food they provide. Though the time taken to bring the food also was not up to satisfaction level.

After a successful online prepaid booking(for a family)..they denied entry saying we won't give you rooms if you have already paid for it, cancel that booking first.Dear hotel management..don't register yourself on online platforms if you can't keep up with the services provided by them ..as basic as providing the stay of a successful booking.The person was very rude..unprofessional and was agreesive.. Without even staying here I had the worst exp.God help you if you manage to stay here
These people don't accept online booking. Behave rudely as if doing favour on the customer and offer online with doubling the amount. Worst place to live in. Suggestion is that please do not book online for this hotel.
