Big NO. (Pathetic experience)This is the worst hotel I've ever been to, never expected service like this, then dint gave me waterbottle, soap, towel all such things. Water was not coming in washroom in the middle of bath when I called to reception for 12 times nobody answered the call. Unfortunately I went to reception and after 15 mins they solved the problem, rooms were unhygienic, bedsheets were stained with oil, dustbin and washroom were dirty, handwash jar was broken while washing hands the jar fell on me. Service is very poor, a big no to this hotel Well they didn't even gave us the key to lock the room.

This hotel is very bad. Staf behaviour is very bad. This hotel is extra charge of all customers. Don't book this hotel any online application. And don't stey this hotel.

These guys dont provide towel, bath rug, water bottle. The room was un hygienic, shower tap was not working. I was told to pay extra. I told them to arrange water bottle they said we can't arrange. Not only me, whatever guest I saw at the reception they also told the same. As per hospitality SOP they aren't good and they are talking to us in an inappropriate manner and was also their attitude. When a customer is paying the amount that is being asked they expect the customer service also. Not a good experience

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The staff was amazing, they were friendly and helpful during my entire stay. I had an awesome room with everything I needed, the bed was king size and the washroom was clean and hygienic. The amenities like ac, tv, wifi, and parking made my experience even better.

Its was a ( pathetic experience ).. There were about 100 150 mosqutoes in the room With no water in washroom and LCD not working ... No soap no all out nothing ... Feels like you were on road ... They are cheaters they will charge you extra they charged me exta 346 over oyo price and staff behaviour is very bad oyo will also not help you, so stay away from online payment

I got to stay at the hotel I had been looking for and the service was great. The room was pleasant and my bed was comfortable, with a nice view of the city. The washroom was Hygenic and clean with soap also available, perfect for washing your hands before going

I would recommend staying at the hotel. The room was nice and there was free WiFi. I didn't see any issues with the room number/location and it was easy to find as well. The only issue we had were some extra charges that weren't disclosed ahead of time which we found a bit shady.

I booked my stay at the hotel expecting it to be a little on the expensive side but I was pleasantly surprised. The staff was polite, room service was prompt, and all facilities were available in working condition. My check-in was not smooth and I had paid an extra amount at this hotel of Rs2200.
