They Don't Just Provide Poor Service but also they even cheat... They will Show a Different Room & will Allot You A Different Room. Pathetic Conditions of Rooms, No Basic Facilities like even Hot Water, No Cleanliness & Not even Proper Response To Customers... They Just Take Advantage Of the Prime Location of their Hotel and Will Demand High Rates... Totally Dissatisfied ! Think Twice Before Your Visit.

Horrible room, and hopeless people. I found the manager to be fraudulent and doubt if what he mentioned as Mr Ajay Jain was his real name. The room is not worth 300 bucks and we stayed as there was rush in the city and we were tired driving. The manager quoted 5500 and agreed for 4500, we Checked in at 7 PM and chked out at 11 and then he insisted on paying 5200 Rs. Also had to pay 40 Rs for 2 water bottle. And forget breakfast.the flush and hotwater are dysfunctional, room extremely dirty and he was reluctant to give 2 towels and soap. Overall terrible stay. Simply avoid this hotel. I suggest travel agggregators viz #oyo, #mmt #goibibo etc. Should disempanel such businesses.

The condition of the rooms were very bad. Bed sheets, linens were dirty. Toilet was horrible. Ambience was very bad. Could not stay a single night but paid Rs, 3500/ advance whice was not repaid. Overall a horrible experience for two hours

One of the worst hotel I have ever seen. Poor rooms, exterior and no cleanliness. They don't provide you basic things like Towels, toiletries and drinking water etc. I wouldn't recommend anyone to book this hotel. Also the prices are very high for the rooms.

The hotel was not clean at all. The staff and owner was very rude. No basic facilities at all and most of the pics posted by the hotel are fake/edited the hotel is not at all the way shown in pics. Not recommended for stay

The place is not maintained. The manager told us that the room can has maximum capacity of 4 people including the extra bedding but when we reached there we found that max to max 3 person can live there. Only 15 rooms are available there. The address mentioned here is wrong. I requested an edit for the location and the address. Btw when you came towards nanakheda bus stand from indore you will get it after the crystal inn.

Never seen such a hideous hotel and the owner was very rude . would never had stayed there but it was late night and could not switch hotel.
