Response of the service persons are not very pleasing not in the interest of the guests. Not giving basic things like hangers for dresses. Bedsheet dirty, towel dirty. I felt as if they are not so interested to serve the guest rather they are doing a favor to the guests. Since it is in roadside, vehicle movement noise is very disturbing. Even they told to serve breakfast at 8:30QM, and I requested to server on time or before, they have not served yet at 9:15AM. Now they are telling breakfast won't be possible what they told before as chapati and curry, can you manage with bread and butter. This is worst. Don't book this hotel.

The hotel rooms were good and worth the price but the staff were kinda rude, and they overcharged us a little. I visited the place and made a booking, i saw the price on the oyo app and with discounts it was 1288(i haven't made the booking till now). So i asked the guy the price shown on the app is 1288 and he disagrees and tells me how it must be a bug from oyo's side but u cant make a booking for 1288. And then I contacted the oyo customer care after talking for around 20mins They told me it's better if u can just book from the guy at the reception, so i paid an extra of 200 and booked the room for 1500. But the rooms were clean and tidy, just the service was not that good

One of the worst hotel I'm choosing yesterday. Front office staff very rude behaviour. Me and my family also it's AC not working properly TV is not working. Even guys nobody please don't choose this hotel it's main reason staff behaviour it's rude and harsh poor room service - They didn't provide mineral water, they only provided water in a jug and we don't know if it's fresh or how old it's been. - Their restaurant is always filled with drunkards. And we can't order outside food. - Food restriction - gust restriction It's front office staff mentally He is the owner of the full property....

Horrendous service and amenities . 1. Not even mineral water provided free, instead jug with glass which looking awkward. 2. Showering floor is full of stain and dirt. 3. A/C is not working proactively. Worst experience. 4. No outside food is allowed due to food poison. Why they are worried about our health if they cannot provide adequate and healthy food in their restraunt (I did not get requested food from there. Only Chapatti was available) 5. Not good for family ( local bar and crowd in the front) 6. There is no smile on front office employee' s face 7. Blanket was not good...very old

Reception staff need to be little more professional, no mineral water kept in the roo. AC functioning was poor, Breakfast is available after 8.3 am only hence losr 200 rs without having even a tea. Room is good, bathroom is good. Lift is good

Bar is not neat. Service is not much good compared with other bars in Cochin. If the bar was little bit spacious, then it will be too good. Should improve the current service and ambience. The food is oka . I have visited many times. Food is oka and pricing is low compared with other bars. But to the ambience and service it's not worth. If need to drink and go with minutes the it is suggested. But if you need to sit calm, relaxed then it is not suggested.

Too many restrictions in this hotel! I don't think it's a safe place for women who travel alone. Unprofessional receptionists are working there. Their restaurant and bar are together, so there are so many drunken people who stare at you every time you go out. hotel was good comparatively. The fan in the room we got wasn't working and the staff was not at all friendly and not helping through the issue. The moment we knew fan was not working we informed the reception, late that day when we're going out we gave the key and asked them to resolve the issue, but it wasn't resolved till midnight when we came back. Then we asked for room change first they said they don't have anyone rooms its housefull, then they were very rude, at one point they asked me to check out if i cant adjust, and one uncle was there whose talking was beyond rude he said 'u booked through oyo na so things like this will happen'. after so many arguments i talk with oyo customer service and then the hotel staff gave us another room. i guess they built a new room at the very moment, since the hotel was housefull earlier. A totally terrible experience.
