Pathetic service by lake view hotels. AC s don't work here and staff is very arrogant

The hotel is worst ! You cant even expect one thing thats rightly maintained . No lights, no water , no wifi , no tv and hell there is no AC ! The photos mentioned and just to showup ! Nothing works ! For this price tag you get many more hotels which maintain well. Felt very bad staying here ! The quality of rooms and their maintanance is 0%. No food ,no hot water for bathing, Room's Cleaning not done, Lot of insight in the room, No proper light, Never book this hotel for stay. Recipient also not talking properly. Hotel location also not showing properly.

DISASTER 1. Eight Lights(8) was not working and when i complainted to the hotel, the reply was " Two lights are working na. Thats sufficient." (Photo of the lights attached) . Even bathroom lights were not working. 2.The bathroom was not cleaned at all and they dont bothered to clean it till our departure and the worst toilet i have seen in my entire hotel booking was the same. (video attached) 3. The water in the bathroom was flowing 24 hrs without any control. (Video attached). 4. The electrical fittings are totally damaged which posses serious threat to the life of the customers. (Photo attached). 5.The sheets and pillows were not clean. (I forgot to take the photo). 6. In website, it is shown that free water will be provided. Even a single water bottle was not provided and when we asked asked about the same, the reply was, "we dont know about what website says. Water is costing 35 Rs. Per bottle. If u want, we will provide it" 7. Tv was there in the room. Remote was not provided to switch on the tv and dth. I am having remote in my mobile, so i have switched on the Tv. The screen shows"Not recharged". 8. Air conditioning was ok in the room. But we cant control the temperature. We have to frequently switch off and switch on the ac. (Photo attached). 9. They charged for Breakfast and didnt provided it. Even refund of money for breakfast also not done. Very rude behaviour of staff. I booked through agoda app

The worst hotel ever. Very dirty, unhygienic, rude staff, lizards in bathroom. You will get non-seal water bottle as complementary. Upon asking them for sealed water bottle, staff said they do not have it. Room was so dirty, please refer pics. Genuine advise to you guys, if you have read this, please do not opt for this hotel. All sofas were full of dust and it is beside a dumpy yard. No hot water in bathrooms. I think it has got good ratings only by IELTS exam students as they would have not stayed in room, they visited only halls where exam was conducted. Sincere advise, do not book this hotel.

It is value for money stay. I found it neat and clean. Neither in-house restaurant is available nor near by though they arrange breakfast. Laundry service is not available. Staff behavior is very good and provide prompt service. It is in front of Lake but if you get room which is road facing then only you will get lake view otherwise you have to see dump yard on opening window curtain. Rooms are very spacious. Hot water is available in morning only.

A hotel can't possibly be this bad. I wonder how they have managed to get more than three stars for this. This is a run down place, don't book your stay here. The room has no fan , AC doesn't work and the management refused to change the room. Bathroom is broken ( literally, one wall is broken ) and you can see the next room's bathtub. The floors are stained AF, you wonder what possibly could have happened to have such a dirty floor. Lobby stinks and the staff is rude. At 12 in the night, 15 mins after check in had to find a new accommodation and move out. The Uber driver who came to pick me up told, he is a local who is driving for 4 years, literally hasn't picked up or dropped one guest in this hotel. This place needs a major renovation.

Worst hotel, worst rooms, biased treatment with my guest as they weren't locals, paid charges for Ac and Ac was not working they gave table Fan, there was no water in bathroom and the toilet, when called for drinking water they gave response after 1 and half hour, my guest checked in the afternoon, kept waiting for the room check-in, after few hours when we ask for new ac room they said to leave the room and shift to nearby their know hotels with Ac room it was 10pm already and ask to leave hotel. Pathetic and Worst, just they have one building standing in front of lake they think they are 5 star hotel. Government should cancel their licence and stop their business.
