Good for taking Live in partners and GF AND spent quality time ...carry ur stuff as hotel won't provide lubes and all..hope u get it .. Privacy maintained. For guests.

I kind of like the place. I've spent many nights there. The staff is pretty friendly and ready to help. The worst thing.... the toilet in the otherwise good restaurant is terrible and really makes a bad impression for people who come there to eat, so dirty, all the time.

Good Hotel. I stayed in Grond Floor and those rooms are so smelly and musty. Service staff is soft spoken and attentive. Restaurant food is very good. But you can't have tea alone; u have to buy some more items with tea as instructed by waiter. Overall it's good to stay. Advice- Try not get Ground floor... otherwise u can't sleep.

Average hotel with basic amenities. Visited last year. Experience was average. I asked to change my room. But they said no room is available. My room was small with no windows. A bit dark. But waiters were nice and food was tasty.

The receptionist lagged an essential part of communication - Decency. He showed no respect while speaking to us. The receptionist made sure that every single interaction with him, he would shoo us off making us feel as if he is doing us a favor for the services that we have "paid for". Called the room service to send a water bottle. On the first call, realized that the person on the other end was blowing air on the receiver and hung up the call. The rooms were clean, had a toiletry kit. But the hotel has extremely dirty corners in the hallway and near the kitchen.

It's very near to Mother Teresa home and at good location, not too far from Park Street and south park Street cemetery.Buses and Trams connecting other places available near to the hotel. Room was small and bit dark, but sufficient lights available.Good air-conditioning and clean mattress. Cean bathroom and hot water was available. Courteous staff and good breakfast.

Worst hotel ever. I had taken the banquet service, out of 5 acs, only 2 work. And 3 of them are either down or are just blowing air (not the cooling effect of the ac). The hall was such a mess that my guests had to leave early to avoid suffocation. And the owner who i talked to about the problems simply told me to shut the hell up and pay the money! I will never ever recommend this to anyone.

If there was a rating below 1 I would have given that! The staff is extremely rude and has absolutely zero manners!They have no respect for elders!Both the security guard and the managers they are not even sorry or apologetic for their behaviour! POOR service and extremely poor hospitality! I strongly recommend to not visit this hotel or even the restaurant! This is a warning to all the visitors who are planning to pay a visit to this hotel! Unless anyone wants to have being treated disrepectfully please do not visit this hotel at any cost!
