One of the worst hotel in the area. Booked multiple rooms for marriage guests. Almost non of the room was in good condition. Lift was not working, Geyser was missing in one, not working in another. Even lock was broken in one room. Horrible experience and not recommended for any one.

very good rooms, staff is very politer like the pick and drop facility the best thing is near to the metro station.

I have never experienced so bad with any hotel. I didn't expect that oyo offers so pathetic hotel.the quality of oyo is decreasing day by day. poor service ,wastage of time and money completely. bath room are so pathetic can't explain in words, even public washrooms are far better than them Misguiding the customers.The room was so untidy and stinky. Bedsheets and blankets were full of stains and torned. And the mattress were slipping out the bed. Ac was not working at all and water was leaking out.Rooms were not the same as shown in Oyo apps Above of all they even charged me for the water bottle. Very pathetic service bad experience. hotel service is very poor and denied very time whenever asked for anything they didn't provide us basic things also. I'm never going to visit this hotel.

We have recently stayed in this hotel when I visited India. The room is spacious and clean. Staff have been very accommodating and eager to assist when asked for help. Most importantly, the location of the hotel is very accessible for commuting and daily meals. Ultimately, for the pricing I have paid, there's isn't anything I could be picky and complaining about. I would reccomend that it is also value for money! We will definitely be back when we visit NCR next time!

I booked the hotel. Receptionist behavior was very rude. After getting the room my wife called at reception, she asked for lunch. Receptionist told that kitchen is off. So, she asked that if he can try from anywhere else. Receptionist agreed and told that he will confirm but after half an hour when I called at the reception he said that kitchen is off and hung up the call. The toilet was very dirty. Beds were also so uncomfortable. Terrible stay with this hotel. Please do not book this hotel.

This is not an OYO space,once you reach reception,they will deny check-in. Don't have A/C rooms. Rude and ill mannered receptionist. Shabby Rooms, available only for unmarried couples.

Hotel is well maintained and clean. Cleanest Oyo I have ever seen in delhi ncr. In fact, it is safe to say that you can stay here with your family too. Hotel was understaffed however the staff is friendly and try to provide you everything you need. Every room has mentioned amenities and perfectly matches the description provided in the hotel booking application. Every room is provided with the bed, dressing table, cabinet, AC, geyser, 5 seater sofa was a plus. Hotel is at very good location. Well connected to the main roads. You can find many restaurants and food stalls nearby.
