Service is not Good. AC is not working, but collected money for luxury facility. Hot water is not available at any time. Hospitality is very bad. Wrong commitment and rash behaviour from owner. Room is not cleaned. Light, phone and plug point is not working. Potable water is not available in this room. Collected GST but GST bill is not given. Lift is not working in properly. Please don't choose this hotel. This hotel is not safety and trusted.
It is a good hotel in the area. I felt very home and relaxed here. good beds wi the curtain. good kitchen as well. amazing breakfast and common areas with rooftop and fitness! Very sweet and helpful personal. And .Every staff in the hotel is very kind and friendly.And I will recommend this hotel to everyone..
I was planning to give good ratings. But something happened which totally changed my view. Room was dirty, location is ok, staff behaviour is very bad.. Worst thing was that they switch off the ac early in the morning when u r sleeping.. And when asked they say load badh gaya tha.. All the day we were out working.. Just used the ac at night, But they switched off the ac at 6 am and after several calls they switched back on after 8 am. Will never ever stay there again..

Central location but cramped. Banquet hall had poor lighting but ac was good. The major problem was no Airtel signals in basement banquet.

I stayed here for 7 hrs, my flight was late so booked this hotel in hurry, but When I entered the room, it was totally different than what this hotel owner has published online and in other apps. Bad smell in room, open electric wires hanging, dirty pelow and bed aheet. The bed caused back pain to me.
