I Loved the hotel and their service. Actually I went there because my train was delayed and it was at 3 to 3.30 Am. So I asked their staff wheather they could help me because I was alone and a girl is not safe outside at that hour. and hopefully they helped me. One of their staff member dropped me at the station at 2.30AM. I offered him some money for helping me but he refused to take the money and told me that ' if I take money from you then it will not be called help'. He was very kind hearted. I was feeling great. God bless him.
I went to have dinner. The AC hall looks like a garbage room, cups and bottles everywhere on the floor felt like a bar, wet floor, and the taste of the food is horrible. Not advisable for families. Skip this if you want a decent place

I have booked the room through OYO but when I got there, he is denied my entry saying rooms are full. Go fight with OYO. OYO is even more terrible, they kept me on hold tried to contact the property manager and he didn't pick up the call. OYO support asked me to move to some other hotel in 5 kms range I have quarreled with them for refund which happened after multiple calls & 2 hrs hold. This hotel manager do this on regular basis, says rooms are busy but makes additional money on customer situation on that late hours. Only OYO can take this request very seriously & have this hotel de-listed.
Rooms are ok. Need to check ac, tv working condition before check in. Online bookings are not accepted though online bookings are available for this hotel in many websites. The only advantage for booking this hotel is location. Near to railway station (walkable) and 2km from durga temple.
Dont even think of paying extra amount than online and staying here, The staff is drunk and the hotel is to exploit you, they get booking because of he location but trust me you are gonna suffer booking and staying here at some point of your stay All the good reviews written about this hotel are mostly fake Their staff are mostly drunk, rogue and threaten the customers to exploit them Don't book this hotel They demand extra money for the online price and they keep on demanding the money They trap you, they will take all your money, not give you a room, make you wait and will deny check-in, tell you that you will get a refund, you go to other hotel, they will call the customer care of online booking partner and tell them you never visited and will not agree for any refund and also lot that booking amount
Oh my God such a rude people ... They are charging extra money after online booking. The reception person is so aggressive. He said really so many bad words to me in Telugu. Very very bad experience... Its my request to all please please don't go there.... ... Very very dangerous criminal persons
After online booking they demanded 800 to 500 extra money if you could not pay then they do not give you room key and service is very bad what you are not imagination. Please do not book hotel .....Waste of money in this hotel

The hotel is peacefully located. Avoid the rooms facing the road as you will hear some traffic sounds which may disturb you if you are a light sleeper. Rooms are pretty clean and well maintained. Took a suite room and it was good for the price paid.
