We even don't want to give single rating star also, as due to booking through OYO you will be not provided with single water bottle, As OYO said you will get early check in from 10 am to 12 pm but manager asked extra charges 500 Rs first after asking the reason of why taking huge amount then manage asked for 200 Rs , very rude manager behaviour,roof of bathroom leaking dirty water as trouble at the time of bath, cup board door were in bad condition, switches were in worst condition

Worst experience.. Hotel is not hygienic .. All the mattress, towels,are very smelly.. and also maintenance is very poor .. and also bedbugs,cockroaches every where in the hotel .. worst experience ever.. and also In room no 220 couples made suicide after that also they are alloting room to others .. by cleaning stain marks.. and worst smell throughout the hotel no neatness.. shady rooms broken beds totally it's time waste and waste of money to stay here .. please avoid to stay here

Very very very worst rooms I ever experienced this type of worst hotel worst maintenance and rooms are very dirty ceiling is full of holes and very worst smell the maintenance was very very cheap I vacated the room within 2 hours waste of money.

hotel is good and location is excellent. staff are very prompt in service. room were clean. Location - it's very near to Lakdi ka pool Metro station. if you are willing to visit ramoji film city, you use metro till LB nagr and take bus to ramoji film city which is cost around Rs.70/- (40-train and 30-bus) Food-Hotel doesn't provide food as they don't have kitchen but nearby(within 1 or 1.5 km) Mughal's, Shah Ghouse, pista house and Mandi House. Nearby visiting location - birla mandir (1km), NtR garden and Lumbini park(2km), snow world(1.5km), Hussain Sagar for evening walk (1km) Note-google location may vary coz sometime you have take U turn. Overall location and staff are all good Most important is safely and very nice service.

Only the location is the reason behind booking this hotel, or else the service is not there and the rooms are also not so good, only one towel provided for a three day stay.

Very poor experience with the hotel.While i Booked the hotel through agoda which includes free breakfast. But hotel manager refused to offer breakfast. I have booked for entry time 9-10 early morning.but they denied for entry at that time and demand extra charge for free check in. Overall very worst experience with the hotel. Specially room service. Neither they have given kit not bath towel and drinking water.

they have given one room for me and when i went there bedsheets are dirty and not yet changed before giving the room to us when we asked to change, they kept us waiting and tried to provide other room which was having loose connection in electrical key power on system and power was not turning on. later given another room but the AC was doing sounds midnight and spitting water all over the floor and on our bedsheets which was very annoying to sleep. we have asked for water bottle to be served right after checking in and their room service is so good that i haven't seen any water bottle served till checkout after 12 hours. one more little thing to mention, they are having the AC power control with them and they haven't turned the AC power switch on after giving a room. we have personally went to the reception and enquired about AC then they have turned on the AC power supply for our room. very horrible experience.
