Cheats, they charge u more than the price they show on site. From me charged Rs.100 extra. Rainwater entered my room no.309/10 when it rained on 15th Aug afternoon. Very poor room maintenance. took 45 mins to clear the water & another 60 mins to allot me another room.

Its the worst ever I ever had cause. The payment which I have done for Ac room on the app is not enough fro the person who is charge there, He asked me to pay extra 500 for the room I booked and if not he wont give us the room and also will not allow us in the room instead he said he will hive me a non AC room And coming to the room it was not clean and the bedsheets were dirty and it was not washed well and the bed was half drowned with water but still the room service did not notice and tried to cover it with the bed sheet which I recognized and asked him about it and he just changed the room and the other room was almost same and even the AC remote was not working properly I here by requesting the OYO team to address this very badly and stop the business if you wish to continue like this. And take the necessary precautions to avoid those again .

Actually this is not like Oyo.. It's like lodge.. Bed sheets horrible.. They change if we request.. But they need to focus on room cleaning and bed sheets

The check in was seamless. However, the room is too cozy the pillows are very old and and timed out. There are wires hanging in the washroom. There is no geaser option available. TV is not working. Very unhappy with the stay.

Charged extra money at hotel. Bedsheets are not changed, there were lot of stains on bedsheet. Worst bathroom. Room is too small. Aggressive behaviour by staff at reception.

Worst experience ever! Booked OYO via app and paid too (price was discounted at Rs 560) - deluxe room Reached hotel, was told by the front office manager that he will not accept the reservation as the price i paid is too low. My dad n i waited in lobby for about 15 mins dint know what to do. We had travelled 400 kms and it was around 8pm, had no energy to look for other hotels. He said room rent is Rs 1200 and will not accept OYO reservation! I dont blame hotel guy fully but OYO should take responsibility! If OYO cant make their partners stick to agreement they should quit business. Few takes from my experience are - 1) DO NOT TRUST OYO's reservation. 2) DO NOT PAY on app or online. 3) PAY AT HOTEL only 4) ALWAYS keep Option 2 ready if you still want to do book hotels on OYO.

It was booked through Oyo. The staff were very rude and the rooms were also just average. The allocated a room first and while we went and got the luggage from the car, they changed it to non ac room. When asked for the reason, they said the Oyo rates were not good for them and we should not have done online payment. They wanted us to pay Rs 300 more which when we declined, they denied the check in. My recommendation is to BOOK AT YOUR OWN RISK
