Worst hotel ever. Never suggest anyone to book at this hotel. The receptionist is a scam artist. If you book through oyo he will tell you that the hotel is not listed in oyo and tell you to go back. We wer forced to leave with no other option. Worst receptionist. Look for other hotels which have better service.

Very bad hotel service, rooms and overall experience was worst. I booked the hotel from oyo. Then I was denied check-in at the reception even though I paid the money in advance. The receptionist was very rude and disrespectful. After having chat with the hotel's GM, they gave me the room. The rooms had cracks in the walls, the sofa was dusty, the room lock was not working. Every time I have to unlock my room, I had to ask reception to open it. About the room service, I asked for water bottle at room, they didn't send any water bottle even after requesting it 3-4 times. It was the worst experience I have ever had in any hotel. It doesn't deserve to be called as hotel due to it's staff and rooms. P.s - Added the photos of the room.

This hotel should shut down...they have no respect for customers .....their attitude towards customer is like if you want to book room do it now or else don't call us again and again with queries.... I wonder if the owners know about the management .... They are losing potential customers due to their attitude ...we really wanted to book 15 rooms but they their aloof behaviour made us change our mind ..... I wish I could report this hotel .....if you want to pay someone to disrespect you or waste your time then this is the best hotel

Room was not properly clean, bed sheet and pillow covers were dirty. I reached there at 11:15 am, they had vacant rooms but still they kept me waiting for half hour, it is showing their hospitality and care toward customer

Excellent hotel at East Delhi. Budget price . The rooms are just like country inn Hotel. Very professional management. Couple friendly neat and clean easy to locate. I will keep coming

The only thing good here is the room, staff is just so ignorant that for each and every work you have to call them 7-8 times and still they won't do it until you go to the Reception and ask them to do. I do not recommend this hotel for couples or businessman
