Very very pathetic hotel. Very poor Service. Very disappointing management. Bed sheets, pillows, towels were not clean. Bad smell in rooms. In midnight, water tank became empty and there was no water in taps. I was stuck in washroom for atleast 1 hour. There was no water in taps till morning in my bathroom . After my complaint at 6 am morning, hotel staff asked me to shift another small room where water was coming from taps. Moreover, there were very huge holes in ceilings of bathroom. Taps were not working properly, dirty bathroom, filthy buckets and mugs. Pics are attached hereby. I booked for 3 guests and the mattress was also very thin and dirty. I was disturbed for whole night. Couldn't sleep properly . Very very horrible experience. Zero rating for this hotel. Please don't stay in this hotel even if they offer you a room for free of cost. Disgusting hotel and poor behaviour by staff.

I have good experience during stay .. Neat and clean rooms and also in this price surprised to me a big room with front view.. And very tasty food.. Staff was very cool and supporting.... Thanks grand vista guy's for giving a great service for during my stay ..

first when i arrive there with my family, they said we do not have any tie-up with oyo and you have no booking here. receptionist called someone and after half an hour they gave us a room. room condition was very bad. not cleaned at all. washrooms were smelly. bedsheets were stinking and old. there were ants on the bed. when we came into the room, after 15 mins, all lights and ac went off, and electricity came back after 2 hours and there were no ventilation so my family faced horrible experience. they charged us rs 30 for water bottle as well. there were no kettle, tea bags or anything to make tea or coffee. i will not recommend this hotel to anyone, given the price i have paid.

1. I was being said that we checked-in you guys by mistake. Our booking price was low so they said rooms are not available for you, we will refund your money 2. Booking with Oyo in first place was poor experience as initial agreed price was 4500 and they charged 5500 3. No room service, room not cleaned even a single day out of 4 night stay even after repeatedly asking them for same 4. No water for 1 day. Plumber broke tap and at 12 in night repair work was going on and I had exam next day, so couldn't sleep. 5. Room stinks, very dirty washroom, not cleaned even once in 4 days 6. Power cuts for min 1-2 hrs Overall very PATHETIC experience. Would NEVER recommend

Worst Stay ever of my lifeThere was nothing to like about this hotel.No water for drinking nor in the bathroom , no electricity my devices ran out of power as a result I wasnu2019t able to work nor was able to sleep whole night , wifi wasnu2019t available, TV wasnu2019t working as last nothing was good . And the Day Receptionist behaved very badly with us. I even complained in your grievance but no support except than a phone call . Complaint OYO Rooms no response from there as well.

Hotel manager is charged more than booking amount at the time of booking (900 Rupees instead of 837 Rupees). When I enter room there in no TV available in room . Water is not coming in bathroom and wash basin . Gyser connection is disconnected. Bathroom is so dirty. When I called reception he not picked up my call again and again. After 10 minutes I checked out hotel room. He has not refunded my money.
