Nothing resolved. Both Oyo and the Hotel including its owner and management are worthless and fraud. The Oyo representative said that he had a talk with owner who said we have not arrived at the hotel, while we were very much at the hotel itself. Thereafter the oyo representative talked to the hotel receptionist who also received a call from his owner. After talking to both of them, the hotelier said that he want Rs 1313 extra while Oyo said Rs 813, else we may go and search for another hotel. Such a statement is really intolerable. I had to check in to another hotel due to extreme non cooperation and no valid support of Oyo. I only had to suffer, face humiliation, harrassment along with loss of time, money etc. for which Oyo should compensate with Rs 5 lakh. Both Oyo and The Hotel are engaged in fraudulently conspiracy and siphoning off the customer's money. Further the hotel is in interior of Karol Bagh where the vehicle hardly reaches and is no way near to Gurudwara Bangla Sahib which is in Connaught Place.
I have booked in Agoda while check in time hotel people are demanding more money to provide room to us.the rooms are too nasty and stinky . Waste of money. Oyo booking other hotels are accepting no issues but this hotel person demanding only cash and that too more than what online is giving. Note:If you are not ready to give proper service better break the agreement with either Oyo etc. What ever the service provider don't spoil their name for your greedeness . Agoda booking and cancellation policy also worst
Don't go to this hotel manager and even hotel owner is asking us to pay extra 800/- money if you book online saying it we didn't put online worst behavior and denying it on my face even faced same issue with another customer who booked hotel from oyo with them they asked 500/- more waste of money and faltu ki dadagiri if you go to counter first they asked how much you booked hotel for it if say 800 they will asked you to pay 500 more if you say 1500 they will asked you to pay extra gst Its a fraud worst hotel worst service worst staff
Worst experience in this hotel.... Dont Book this hotel from any app. They charge extra after reaching hotel and amenities what they have shown is not provided.. All things are worst...Horrible experience... OYO also has not provided solution to my complications even after contacting regional OYO manager...
