Capital O Elevens Inn - Hotel in Patna - Patna, India

This place is located in Bander bagicha, it takes quite a bit of time to locate the place when you are visiting for first time. My experience during multiple days of stay here has been good. Quality of food supplied is good. Service by the staff is also good. Rooms are well maintained and comfortable. Laundry service is also available. Would love to visit again when in Patna.

The location of the hotel is good and the surrounding areas are clean. The rooms are good and i specially liked their washroom design. Priced at approx. 1199 per night, i think its a value offering. Breakfast item - Poori sabji was great during my stay, so i stuck to that for 3 days. Apart from that the food from hotel is not that great, but prices are appealing, so ok. Also, there are many eateries to explore nearby if you don't like ordering from hotel kitchen. Service of the hotel is fast and staff is courteous. I had 4 night stay here and i liked the place.

Not too far from Patna Railway station. Good rooms. Clean washrooms. Need to go toll 6th floor. Hectic if the power goes out. Food is average. Service time is good. Have market near by at walkable distance.

Room is very neat and clean. Staff is extremely rude. They made me call the oyo care after deinying me check in due to a rate problem with them and oyo. Which they should have handled internally. Not by making the guest waiting for more than an hour.

.If you are planning to go thier or thinked of booking a room then you are wrong .I insist eveeyone to not go in this hotel because thier is main reason or i can on the, Thier are my reason . Reason no 1 the staff behaviour is pathetic and intolerable . No 2 the receptionist are the scammers they will scam you in each and every way possible ,they will try to manipulate you firstly ,even they will charge you the amount packaged drinking water and i give u guarantee they bottle even is not sealed .when you will try to checkout they will charge you some money on the name of the laundry .If you had booking through any online sites ,then get ready for humiliation because they will make u stand until you humilated . because they have tons of issues .i suggest everyone to not go thier

They will not Honor the commitments made by their employees if the employee is not present at the moment. They will tell lies on your face and will make you run from pillar to post. The food is pathetic. The rooms are highly over-priced and the service is disgusting.

Hotel is in good location nearest railway station. room is clean and bathroom is also clean but bedsheet was dirty and no all food is avalable for eat like chicken lollipop and chicken Chowmein types item room service was very good overall my experience was average need to some improvement
