Those who are planning to book for rooms please make sure that you have booked else where also. Reception people may send you back saying the rooms are already booked for others even if you have paid. Worst experience ever.

Horrible place don't go there ! Located in the middle of the city no parking space . The staff are mean and unhelpful. If you are a foreigner in India be prepared to spend ages filling out information about yourself and giving them your visa and passport for scanning. The rooms are mouldy and stink . The bedsheets and pillows are not cleaned and and smell too. Not good service rude reception lady who will come to your room at check out time to kick you out and be demanding. Definitely not a hotel for a family with children as a lot of drunks and smokers around. Highly don't recommend this hotel. Don't base your opinion of the photos they must of been taken when the hotel first opened the condition is horrible now.

Booked the room and when I got there they sayed that all the rooms are sold. There was No parking avaliable we should park at our own risk also I booked this hotel after seeing a discount in online app , but when I got there they asked for double the amount.... Room is very good and clean, some reviews are bad about asking money after entering the hotel but I did not faced any issue with the staff, they are very friendly and good

Pathetic service, rooms, and thiefs. Even though the payment was done via the oyo app, they demanded more money. They said if no extra money was handed over, they won't give any rooms at all. Also, no amenities are provided. No A/C in the rooms (we booked A/C rooms). They won't even provide drinking water. The worst experience from a hotel.

Made us wait to say the room is currently cleaned and it will take time. there was delay in handing over the remote. the room door was misfunctioning sometimes. there was a delay in providing water also and the seal of the water bottle was broken. bath towel was not provided saying they run out of bath towels and at last after a long time they finally provided one. And the important issue was they bought extra 205 rupees from me before checking in. they said they won't give me the room without paying it. i had already paid full amount online and when i told it to them,they said to complain.They didnt provide their manager's phone number also

I visited the executive bar here. No rush, no.sound, very calm and quiet place for solo drinkers. Sitting could have been better. I felt like sitting on a hard wooden bench. Food is just OK.
